2 of the 5 GPS units we have for our fleet have not worked since Day 1. It's been almost a year that we've been going back & forth with them to get the units replaced. They sent us new units but we are unable to change them out ourselves, so I've been requesting for them to send a tech out to install them. They emailed me today & said we can either pay$250 for them to come replace them or get charged $700 for the old units that we haven't sent back yet because we can't get them out of the vehicles. Ridiculous & not helpful. Would not recommend.
Stay Away go with Verizon Connect. Went through multiple of their systems and they would not work..either not compliant or kept needing updates that required the driver to pull out and connect to Wifi to do. customer service is in a eastern european contry and they are worthless to fix problems...when you cancel because you have to move to another system to be compliant they will send you to collection

Hi i am filling class action lawsuit against them and against Time payment corp and looking for more people to join us . This company has predatory contracts and do not stand behind they product and forcing companies to pay double payments !!!! Contact Andrex logistics and lets put those scammers out of business !!!!!!Most of good reviews are from company emploees or their friends !!!!
if i could leave a zero i would these guys are thieves saying they wont let me out of a contract w/o me removing a bad review . sounds like extortion to me .. especially after their product isnt what was promised
A medium, but loyal company, both to their clients and their employees; and they're growing fast because of this. Full disclosure, I am recently an employee of this company. But I worked along side this company while being employed by another company in the same building. The people running the show there are VERY smart and their work ethic is hardcore. If you need Fleet Management Solutions, at least give them a call and hear out what upper management has to say. Humble yet bleeding edge. They will only get better and better. They have the resources of a giant corporation with the personal touch of a caring family ran store. They make me proud to work there when I hear how they talk about how important customers are and how hard they work to keep things running smooth for them (like...waking up at 3am to fix something!).
