Attended a graduation here. Catering for morning tea was delicious.

Great place for weddings had my wedding and my brothers wedding. The only fault was the chicken dish, rubbery and fatty thigh and just not nice at all. Please choose the meat dish guys wwwaaayyyy better.

Great venue for weddings or large functions, food is good too

Went there for a wedding. Absolutely beautiful setup for the ceremony inside and the reception wow beautiful food. Excellent staff and very friendly. I would recommend this venue to anyone

Only a couple minutes walk through the part to get to Tea tree Plaza, nice spacious room, bathroom/shower was amazing

I had booked a spa room for me and my husband. The spa takes about an hour to fill not because it is large but because there is no water pressure at all. There was a large glass window that aloud you to look into your room from the shower, it then had a curtain you could close when needing privacy, the curtain was rubbish. You could see everything in and out while it was down. It made the stay very romantic (not) Staff were prompt to inform me that they won't be there from 5 so you have to enter from the back should you come back to the hotel after that and lastly, they will hold $100 for if you trash your room that isn't just released back into your account it is held for 5 days. I suggest staying somewhere else.

Venue was nice....service was good...good was average

Had a large function there, was really delicious food and drinks. Staff were slow but it was super busy, they were all lovely. Beautiful room. There is limited underground parking, venue is a bit far from the city for my liking but whatever floats ya boat.

Sfera s is a great place with a spacious function room and a beautiful outdoor area overlooking Civic Park. First time my family came here was for our friends wedding. It was great and the staff were very helpful, the food was delicious but took some time to be served.

I attended a course at sferas and the room was perfect for purpose. The place was clean and parking was easy.

Attended a function for a school graduation, $36 a head, firstly there were no bread rolls on 3 seats at our table, when we asked for more we were told there are no more. Main meal consisted of a bowl of lettuce with 4 thin slices of capsicum and a few slices of cucumber that was for 12 people to share, a plate that had a chicken breast and 6 small cubes of potato. Then we finally received what goes for dessert, 3 thin slices of melon and 1/2 a very sad and dry looking strawberry.

The rooms were very nice and formal, and the staff were very kind

We attended a wedding and stayed overnight. Rooms are very spacious. Bed was comfortable and lovely and clean. No problems with noise and parking was easy. Food on the buffet was average, canapes were great. Staff were lovely and attentive, service with a smile. Lovely venue with comfortable chairs. Very swift to remove glasses off the table quite early in the night when in use was a bit annoying.

For the price you pay breakfast should be offered and supplied. It is clean. Anywhere else breakfast would be included for the price

Nice little bar out the back. Also went to a function there and was quite impressed with the selection of food

Did you know a bucket if ice can be bought to your room if call and ask. Mind blown!!!!

Busy Fringe night show all in all it was a good night

City of Tea Tree Gully Xmas for social clients and some volunteers. Good food and entertainment. Very enjoyable afternoon.

Excellent venue for weddings and other similar functions. Staff were exceptionally helpful.

Horrible reception staff, told that our room price didn't include daily house keeping. Restaurant is not open for breakfast so you have to go to shops. Worst attitude from hotel ever.

Accommodation is upmarket, conveniently located, friendly staff, and a great place for weddings, birthdays or conventions. The restaurant was fantastic too.

We chose Sferas for our recent wedding as it was a one stop shop for a ceremony, reception and wedding night. The Marquee was a perfect spot for the ceremony and we made great use of the grand piano. The reception ran seamlessly with great food and service and our overnight stay was great. But the truly outstanding feature was the coordinator. She had tabs on everything and kept things rolling and us informed.
We wanted low stress for the day and Sferas delivered.
We recommend.

For the price of this place, can't say I was very impressed.

The meal that was provided for my friend's wedding at Modbury was of great quality. I would recommend them for future events if asked.

I cannot put less than 1 star, however arrive to find doors locked and no reception...5.30 pm!!! Bar/retaurant closed(monday) 1 bar in walking distance..never saw a receptionist in the time i was there 4 nights...all the staff i met were lovely almost apologetic...food in the tapas bar was good ..maybe overpriced..beer definitely. Best thing to happen to ot is close n build condo's ...nope not gonna return

I recently had my wedding ceremony (in the atrium room) and reception (in all 3 rooms of the Starlight Ballroom) at Sferas. If you are wanting a proper, breathtaking wedding but are on a budget and are lazy like my husband and I, this is your venue! Everything is included down to the centrepieces and even the DJ and it is all top quality. The food was amazing, the venue is stunning and the staff were so helpful and lovely. Our package also included a stay in the spa suite on our wedding night which came with complimentary chocolates. The room was huge, clean, had a rain shower & the spa was exactly what we needed after such a long day. Jade Ryan was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely amazing - I am incredibly unorganised and had to make several changes/requests days before the wedding and nothing was ever a problem! I would highly recommend Sferas to anyone looking for a venue for any occasion or just somewhere to stay for the weekend.

The room had a huge widow connecting the bathroom to the bedroom & at night if you turned on the light in the bathroom you could see straight through the " privacy" blind.
Check to make sure that they return the security deposit. I had to chase them as they " forgot to process the refund"

Went here for a wedding and the place is absolutely stunning. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is quite good. However, for the price I know my friend paid for the ceremony/reception, I would have hoped that those serving drinks would be a bit more thorough about ensuring all guests were attended to. Myself and another had to chase down an attendant to ask for a drink after the tray was emptied and they'd decided not to bring anymore out.
A simple mistake, but not one I'd expect from a pricey venue on someone's wedding day.

I adore these function rooms and the set up, very lovely!! However, the food really wasn't the standard I was expecting from them. The cut off meat was not what was on the menu, and it was pretty tough. Most people on my table had the same comments unfortunately and left the meat on their plate. It's a real shame considering the venue and staff were great!

The convention centre was good size for a small gathering. Easily fit 8 tables on 10. Good venue however they started clearing tables quite early. I am not sure whether this was a request of the host or policy but it is unusual to clear all time glasses that are evidently being used.

Went there for a wedding, it was a nice space with a water feature and a piano. The food was also nice.

Had the best holliday lovely staff very friendly will stay there again nice big room after all you only sleep there

I can't even warrant giving this venue 1 star. We attended a function there a few weeks ago and paid $90 for food. We were astounded to be served a tiny platter of pizza slices (looked like they bought from Aldi across the road) that they charged $60 for (estimated value $3 frozen pizza) and two serves of wedges for $30 eg $15 each. Once again cost would have been $5 max. Total complete rip off and I'd never attend another function there. I have and will continue to tell everyone I know how disgusting this place is. A complete disgrace for a food business. They should be ashamed!!!!!
The hospitality staff all looked to be on their first night on the job, with one supervisor. Do you really want your special event to be a training night for their staff??

Clean rooms, had the premier's suite with spa bath which was perfect after an exhausting day. Would highly recommend.

Friendly helpful staff, loads of different wedding packages and styles. Ample parking option too and venue provides accommodation too.

Second time there for First Aid course. Its a reasonable place to have these types of functions. Previously been here for a wedding, which was quite good. Amenities are clean

Good venue but the entertainment was bad for New Year. The worst live band I ever heard.

I stayed here because it was close for work. I arrived after reception closed and they were able to arrange for my room keys to be picked up from a lock safe. Getting access was simple. I dined at the restaurant. Good range of food which got the door. Room was very clean, modern. Would definately consider staying here again

Went for my Granddaughter's Graduation Breakfast, this morning. The food (or lack there of it) and service were abysmal. I have absolutely nothing good to say. $25 for a mini croissant and a cold cup of coffee, are you kidding me. I will not be going back and I would not recommend this venue to anyone.

Was there for a training course,; nice & clean facility; rooms close off to suit amount of people attending; dining & bar facilities available; clean toilets; easy to find location; parking good during day, but probably be short for a large event.

Was quite and enjoyable function food was good. Liked the rondini trio

Attended a social function food and service could not be faulted, staff only to happy to assist with any request. This was also the feelings of others around the table. I was an overnight guest, the mattress on the bed was the most comfortable i have rested on, everything thing was spotlessly clean.

A beautiful place with very friendly staff and value for money for the meal and drinks. Had a great day thank you.
