I was recommended to this place by a coworker. We have 6 iPhones in our family so having gone there just once for screen repair and receiving excellent service, I go back every time one of our phones needs a new screen. The service is professional and my phone is always returned to me same day usually within an hour or less. Works like new. I recommend this place to everyone.

Paul replaced my cracked iPhone screen in about 15 minutes. He is polite, efficient, and did amazing work. I have had no issues with my new screen. I would highly recommend GSM Solutions.

Exceptional work, they definitely know what they're doing, and they do it very well. Amazing attitude towards hard to work phones and great hospitality all around. If something is bugging you about your phone, this is the place to go.

This is not your typical mom & pop repair shop. This store offers speedy service, with great customer service in mind. The only negative I have about this place is this: after paying cash for a service that didn't really need a receipt, GSM solutions still gave me a receipt, on which they claimed that work was done on one of their phones. I didn't really need to repair my phone, but only did it to keep T-mobile happy, as a preventative measure.

Now, the place is quite neat, with lots of phones to choose from. If you are looking to go to Europe any time soon and need your existing T-mobile or AT&T phone to be compatible on their networks, go to GSM. They know what they are doing.

We have been coming to GSM Solutions for some years now. A few cracked screens, water damage, iPhone stuck in recovery mode, and have always been happy with the excellent service, the fair prices, and honest assessment of the problems. Paul at GSM is the best. Honest, reliable & reasonably priced service. I have had phone repaired and it works as good as new for $30. In addition I have purchased used equipment (Macs) that have operated flawlessly.

Needed a repair on a remote for a lift chair, Paul did a great job.

I felt real bad for my co-worker who showed me her misaligned and what appeared to be separated at upper left corner"repaired" phone screen. Her daughter attempted to check if she could press into place slightly the screen already misaligned broke. She took it back to get it serviced the folks there wanted nothing to do with her. Bottom line it was crappy service to begin with, I never write reviews but I feel that my co-worker got crappy service. I only place a star so that I can post, otherwise not even a star.

The guy at gsm solutions is awesome, he does quick, reliable and inexpensive repairs especially for iphones.

I had a cracked screen apple wanted $300 to replace the screen, it cost me only 60 bucks at gsm solutions and it was done in 10 minutes.

I had a broken microphone for facetime and video chat, apple said it was a motherboard issue that i would be better off getting a new phone.

I took it to GSM solutions, and he replaced the front camera that contained the microphone and was only 40 bucks.

If you are one of those people that doesn't enjoy getting a new phone when your iphone is damaged to cracked go to gsm solutions and get it fixed. Every issue I've had with my iphone 6 plus has been fixed with great service and quality at gsm solutions.

Im so glad i found this place!! I only write reviews when a business goes above and beyond for the customer, and this shop deserves the recognition. My laptop had a problem where it kept shutting off and i needed it for school zoom classes asap. He fixed it ASAP and it was ready the next day!! No other shop can compete with the service and quality this shop provides. Recommending all my friends here.

Amazing customer service and great prices. Guy is very organized and knows his stuff. In the numerous times I've been there for cell phone repair, I was never lied to. If he can't fix something, he will tell you, something I really respect,. Very rational in his assessment of damage, will tell you exactly how it is, no BS. Policy is fair, he doesn't complicate things.

Definitely recommend this place. I have a phone that is not that popular in US - Huawei. At first we had a nice chat with owner regarding cell phone producers. Even though he wasn't familiar with this model at the beginning, he was willing to work on it. It took him less than 10 minutes to replace original part that was ordered in advance. I am assuming that I wouldn't be able to do it with most of the cell phone stores stores in the area. Don't look anywhere else.

The new owner, Emil, clearly knows his stuff. He is patient, friendly, and offers excellent customer service as well as reasonable prices. I brought in my iPhone X and he went out of his way to fix it knowing that I urgently needed it working for the next day. Very high quality repairs. I've been to numerous different phone repair shops, and this one beats them in every aspect. I definitely will be back if I ever need anything again. Can't recommend this place enough.

This guy is just awesome. I went on vacation and after taking hundreds of pictures I dropped my phone in the ocean and after that it wouldn't power up anymore. I went to the Sprint store, they had the phone for a day and couldn't do anything about it. Someone recommended me to a local repair shop, I was quoted $150 and 3 days, I agreed but at the and they couldn't help either. Someone I work with recommend Paul from GSM Solutions and this guy took the phone apart faster than I could ever brake it, he heated something up, bend the maim board and 15 minutes later I had my pictures back!!! I asked him how much I owe him and Paul asks me if 40 would be okay...

I will never go anywhere else, I was told this guy does phone repair for over 6 years.

Unfortunately can t give six stars for repair service I ve received from GSM Solutions over the years! Paul is professional, polite and honest. Honesty goes a long way, and for some reason if he is unable to repair your device, he will give you his most honest opinion about what to do with your old device or which phone to purchase. No wonder his shop is striving after so many years in business. Very highly recommended!

Went to buy the cheapest used iPhone, didn't like it, replace it with a newer iPhone. Love it.

I took my iPhone 6 for a screen fix which he did for only $60! Two days after the screen started to glitch on its own. My boyfriend told me to go back but I d rather loose that money than go back to such a place. Honestly spend your money right!

I dropped my phone and broke the screen. After doing some research I chose GSM per the Google reviews. I took the phone to GSM and the gentleman stated it would be fixed in 10 minutes. Although they only take cash, when I got back from the ATM, the phone was ready to go. He also gave me some free advise on some other issues I was having.

Great place to go. I recommend it to anyone who needs work done on their phone.

Been here 3 times now, the guy is fast, and efficient and the prices are the best i have ever found.

I have been coming here for many years. The owner Pawel is the best mobile repair technician I have ever met. His work is top notch and his knowledge goes back to before most of us ever owned a cell phone. I have had so many positive experiences with GSM Solutions, but here are a few...

1. I tried to insert a SIM card in an expensive Nokia Lumia phone that I had cut down myself to make fit in the slot. It got stuck, and when I pulled it out I damaged the SIM reader contacts. I took what I thought was an expensive brick to Pawel, hoping he could undo my careless mistake. To my amazement, he disassembled the phone, pulled a few SIM pins off a parts phone, and carefully soldered them onto my damaged board. The phone worked perfectly and read the SIM card without any further problems. Good luck getting that done at the mall.

2. I took in an older Motorola StarTAC to GSM Solutions, hoping to get it unlocked. The phone is a collectable, but it was locked to Pacific Bell, a company that no longer exists. There are no code databases for these phones, and they are very rare. I exhausted all my options online to get a code to unlock the phone, but then remembered Pawel. In two minutes he hooked it up to a computer and unlocked the phone. I was thrilled to be able to use my childhood cell phone again on a modern network!

3. My mom dropped her iPhone in a sink full of water. It was shot. She didn't tell me until the next day, and unfortunately the motherboard and other components were too damaged to be repaired according to Pawel. Luckily she had all her data backed up to iCloud. Pawel sold me a replacement phone for her at a very reasonable price, considering her contract wasn't up yet, and a new device would have been over $700! He walked me though the process of restoring her data from iCloud, and she was back up and running!

It's not often I run into such a great business. I am a big fan of this place, and know you will be too. Next time you drop your phone, need an unlock or want to buy/sell a phone, check out this store. A++++++

Paul is seriously a MIRACLE WORKER! My phone was completely soaked and I mean DRENCHED with water. To the point where you could suck out the water with your mouth we even used an air mattress pump on the deflate setting which sucked out even more water. I was at a festival that had extremely heavy rain one night and took out my phone to record a ~30 second video. I didn t even take out my phone after that time until we got back to camp! That s when my screen started to darken on one side. We turned it off and hoped for the best, but my phone was completely dead. I had no service out there so the photos I took there didn t upload to iCloud. My boyfriend took my phone to Paul when we got back and we were not expecting much because we didn t want to get our hopes up. All we were hoping for was that Paul was able to at least recover the photos, but he went beyond that! To my surprise, when we came to pick up the phone, IT WAS FULLY FUNCTIONAL!! So, not only was I able to recover my photos- I also did not have to purchase a new phone. All for $50. Don t look any further because this is THE SPOT to take your phones to!

Ive been here two other times for issues regarding my cell phones. This time my galaxy had fallen out of my hand and down about 15 stairs. I though it was time to get a new phone since the screen was all fuzzy. I decided to stop by and see if Paul can help. I told him what happened and he fixed my phone in about 30 seconds. Only takes jobs that don t require a lot of work. Went to this guy with three different issues, three different times and he couldn t do anything about them. If he can t fix something he will turn around and stop talking to you. Impolite. Doesn t like those who challenge his skills or ask questions. Takes advantage of those who don t speak English. Go somewhere else, like uBreak iFix, they have never disappointed me.
