Linda not only helped me improve my creidt score so that I could purchase my dream home, but she was honest about the housing market and other facts that I should know concerning home ownership. I found the buying process to be relatively seamless and stress-free considering what I've always heard about how hard and stressful it is to buy a home. I would work with Linda again any time!
We are out of state military in an unusual predicament scambling to find a home, we are not around to view any of the properties but Kristen has been an absolute dream to work with. If you re looking for a realty company you should reach out to Seymour Home Realty. I have been working with them for the past 6 years and I receive nothing but professionalism and sincerity. They manage my rental property and they stay on top of things. I am always informed on what s going on, changes, etc. This company is amazing and they treat their clients like family.

For previous reviews on this thread. The previous owner Linda, which has the majority of unfavorable reviews, is no longer there. The new owner Laura is extremely generous and humble. She works with you very well and creates an easy, stress-free environment. We leased from her for 3 years and had a great experience. Always got our work orders in quickly and made sure things were in good order. If you take care of the property and clean appropriately upon move out, you will get your deposits back with no hassle. By far the best realty/rental agency I've worked with and being the in the military I've moved around quite a bit. It's been a pleasure leasing with them. If I get orders here again, I will be using them if able to.

Repairmen walked into my home, unannounced after I repeatedly told them to call before entering. I was naked when they walked in, and never got a call from them. I am extremely upset, this is basically breaking and entering because I told them over and over not to enter without my okay. Very unhappy.

Linda just sold my home for me after only 7 months on the market! When I first listed my home she told me the average time on the market was 9 to 12 months. She took the time to explain in detail every part of the contract I was signing. She was very professional during the whole process. My situation was rather unique and required a lot of patience dealing with personalities and negotiations. Linda worked with everyone to make the deal happen. I am very happy and would definitely recommend the services of Seymour Homes.
They have been our property manager for almost 4 years. Always great communication when issues arise. They have always communicated how our home and property was when there were storms, changes in occupancy, and with inspections. Treat us like family and have provided peace of mind from across the country.
Laura and her team are second to none! We own a Landscape and Pressure Washing business and maintain their homes. I have noticed first hand that not only every tenant i communicate with loves them but also the home owners!!!! They are very personable and professional. I highly recommend them too either get your home sold or rented QUICK!

In my opinion, this place is embarrassingly bad. I really don't think they respect their military. One lady actually had the audacity to yell at my husband. Once while trying to mention we were having problems with the house I was told by a worker there to "buy a house and not rent". I feel like if your rental agency's advice is to get rid of your rental agency by buying a house, then that should show how "great" they are. Half of the reviews are from people that work there so obviously biased. Renting from them was a nightmare!
I went looking for a place to rent, and a unique situation and Ms. Kristin when out of her way to try to find a place that worked for me. She's awesome. Definitely a place that will work with you and try their hardest to help.
In the last 4 years my wife an I have dealt with three property managers in the Seymour Johnson area. First as renters with Dees & Tyndall and then as owners with Executive Properties. I have to say third time is a charm because Laura hit the ground running to rent our home out in less than 90 days. I feel she worked diligently to rent the home to the best qualified tenant and even got us a 2 year lease! I also feel that she cares a great deal about those that reach out to her to rent a property based on how she presented the renters circumstances to us. She is a match maker and wants all parties involved to be happy lol. Very friendly, professional and knows the military lingo and how it relates to PCSing! Customer service means alot when you have a partnership that can lasts a couple of years.
Finally, after our last tenant we needed a few repairs (one being a huge cirlce in the yard from a pool!). All of the repairs where handled seamlessly and invoiced in a timely manner. We didnt have to get involved at all she sent pictures! If you are not local and need to rent a home or property management, Seymour Homes Realty gets my vote! (Note: we even called a few more places after dealing with Executive Properties but were not succesfull due to some folks not taking any new clients, rudeness, or simply no returned phone calls)
Please Do Not Rent From Them As You will Not Get Your Deposit Back! I cleaned the house with Bleach and waxed hardwood floors and left it cleaner than I found it. Walk through she said you will get Deposit Back when it gets Rented. It's Rented and 2 Month's later No Money. Owner notified he didn't respond either. It's all a Scheme 102 Crooked Creek CT BEWARE
I have rented from Seymour Homes a few years ago and had one of the BEST experiences ever. Laura, Kristen and staff were genuinely concerned about our situation. I love their professionalism and sincerity so much that they are the only ones I have reached out to since looking for a larger house. Whether buying or renting, you will not be disappointed with Seymour Homes Realty .
Suzy is incredible. I didn't end up finding a home with them, but she was so helpful and really had my best interest at heart even though I didn't rent with them. Will recommend Suzy to friends to find their next place in Goldsboro!

Having to move from one state to another due to my husband s service in the military , This is the Best company we ve ever rented through by far! Laura is super nice, professional and Helpful! I had a really rough start renting from a property managed by Seymour Homes reality (129D CGS Circle, Goldsboro NC). I was a huge pest my first few months as there were many issues to be addressed. Kristen, Suzanna and Laura were stuck between the bread and the butter in a most difficult situation. I'm confident that they did their best for me while remaining neutral and representing their client (Brian) to the very best of their ability. A property management company who is not afforded the opportunity to make decisions on part of their clients (the OWNERS) is in an extremely difficult position as they are stuck in the middle trying to please and accommodate all parties.
I would use them again if looking for a place in the Goldsboro area and highly recommend you do.
