I had a really rough start renting from a property managed by Seymour Homes reality (129D CGS Circle, Goldsboro NC). I was a huge pest my first few months as there were many issues to be addressed. Kristen, Suzanna and Laura were stuck between the bread and the butter in a most difficult situation. I'm confident that they did their best for me while remaining neutral and representing their client (Brian) to the very best of their ability. A property management company who is not afforded the opportunity to make decisions on part of their clients (the OWNERS) is in an extremely difficult position as they are stuck in the middle trying to please and accommodate all parties.

I would use them again if looking for a place in the Goldsboro area and highly recommend you do.
