DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THEM This company is an absolute joke. We purchased travel insurance in January of 2020 for a wedding in Costa Rica (insurance cost us $128). We had to cancel the trip because of the national lockdown during COVID-19 and they denied our claim because a pandemic is not covered by their insurance. Insurance companies are the absolute worst, and this one takes the cake. They are the most unethical company I have ever dealt with and I will be telling everyone I know to NEVER use Seven Corners for any insurance needs. So instead of refunding our $1200 back for the flights and room deposit, they are going to lose WAY more future money from all the people I know and refer to companies I like. Take advantage of people while they are losing their jobs and could really use their (deserved) travel insurance refund - PATHETIC. Hope this is one of the companies that permanently goes under from this because they are absolutely useless anyway. I advise ANYONE who was denied a claim from them to leave a 1-star review here. Let's flood their reviews and tank their rating so more people will avoid them moving forward since they are so unethical and disgusting.

FUJA the company. Absolute disrespect to the consumer. When it comes to hiring, a beauty. At the time of paying, a disaster. My son had a consultation on Dec. 18 (he had an infection and needed to get on the antibiotic). So far (April 19), there was no response to payment. And if I do not get paid, they do not do anything. And every time I charge, they ask for more documents - absolutely disconnected with the medical care they have not asked for before. If you need insurance in the US, look for other companies (even Brazilian companies that serve abroad), because this seven corners is just a headache. Who speaks well of the plan is because it did not have to use - see this and draw your conclusions ...

I would give them zero stars if I could. I purchased the travel insurance which I have never done before because I heard they are scams, but this was a $5,000 trip. Of course it got canceled and they don t want to pay. I submitted a claim which they denied and tried to file a grievance. I also tried to get someone live but got cut off twice after waiting 15 minutes. This company is a scam with no customer support.

I had to cancel a trip I was supposed to take with my son this summer (a school group with EF Tours). Due to unforeseen circumstances I could not afford for both of us to go. I was able to get most of my payments on my account transferred to my son so he would be paid off, but some of it EF Tours could not refund. I was able to file a claim with Seven Corners, and they were very friendly and understanding, and helped me get my claim filed and I was able to recoup some of my lost funds. Thank you for your compassion and understanding! I am extremely sad that I cannot go with my son, but am glad we could recoup some of my money so that he will have spending money in Ireland and England. Thank you again!

You guys spend so much money on advertising bombarding me with ads and trying to make me buy your service and when I'm here willing to spend my money on it and all I need is just a little bit of assistance in choosing a plan your sales team can't provide that. A team member was not helpful at all when I asked which plan should I go for with my specific requirements, and when I asked to forward my request to somebody senior then she just stopped communicating with me all together. If that's how potential customers are treated than is this how it would be if I actually bought a plan and then had an insurance case? I'd be just chasing you guys? That is so unprofessional

Actually I don't want to give any stars, It's waste of money to purchase Insurance from them. Even if you have seven corners Insurance, you will end up paying the entire medical payments from your pocket. They wont even respond to your queries. I don't trust them any more, never ever I will go with them again.

After extensive research on travel insurance, I chose Seven Corners because they offer deductibles ranging from $0 $5,000 which is great for many different budgets. Another perk offered by Seven Corners is that they offer Hazardous Sports Coverage as an add-on to their travel insurance for a nominal fee. This was very important for us as we like to occasionally rent a scooter and explore the towns we visit. A great travel insurance policy should always cover most countries throughout the world. Seven Corners does just that; it allows you to choose each country you will visit individually from a drop-down box and list them on your policy. Seven Corners also offers emergency evacuation to the nearest medical facilities or from the hospital to your home and provides 24/7 emergency services to arrange said evacuations and other travel advice.

I have never given a poor review to a travel insurance company before, and we have had previous claims. We came home on 1-5-18 from another country. Our connection time (with customs/immigration/redoing security checkpoint) was widdled down to 1.25 hours due to a situation on United. We RAN through the airport, lost our seats on the plane (so sat apart in jump seats) and made it home to the -20 weather....To have NO BAGS. Even our carry-ons had to be checked, and were missing, for 25 hours. No keys to car, house, no warm clothing. Claim for luggage missing was denied as it was on our return flight. No worries, Seven Corners, that we had to pay a company to MAKE AN AUTO KEY and have a locksmith GET US IN OUR HOUSE. Our luggage arrived 25 hours later. And, you claim "Sorry, no coverage". Well, my claim is "Sorry, your company stinks and is a waste of money!"

Since I haven't had to make a claim I can only comment on the process of researching and purchasing my travel insurance. It was very easy to find what I needed and get a quote. I only needed the medical portion since I already have travel interruption protection on my credit card. The website is attractive and easy to navigate. The coverages were clearly stated and it was easy to compare quotes. I can't think of a more convenient or efficient way to do it.

Please don't choose this insurance. They just paid to hospital $640.02 out of $3,321.95. Please choose some other better insurance. As per my understanding insurance should cover atleast 80% of the amount.

Never Go for it My Experience with Seven Corners. Guys, Just thought of sharing my experience with Seven Corners Medical Insurance and Claims. Its a bit long story but I suggest you read before taking policies from Seven Corners for your parents who is visiting you short term in US. I took an Inbound guest policy from Seven Corners for my parents during their visit to US (the policy was worth $45000). It costed around $410 to buy the policy (for 4 people for 2 months. July 6 2016 to Sep 7 2016). Unfortunately on Sep 02 2016 my father fell down unconscious in the bathroom and his head hit on the tub. Immediately I took him to the hospital emergency. Since he had no medical history and never had any medical issues before, hospital wanted to do some tests and they need to observe him for 24 hrs since he was perfectly alright until that point. So we spend 24 hrs in the hospital under observation and came back home next day.Since seven corners needs us to report the incident within 48 hrs of the incident, I called them on the day my father admitted to hospital on Sep 02 2016. At that time the agent remind me that I have to process the claim within 90 days after reporting the claim. I have given the policy details to the hospital so that they can submit the bills directly to Seven Corners. and I have been calling the hospital from the first week itself to push them to send the bills to Seven corners as soon as possible. As soon as the hospital processed the bills they send it to Seven Corners for claim. The total amount was around $33568. In couple of days I received a rejected notice from Seven corners saying that the claim is denied because they need additional information. Here are the details they asked. 1. Passport copy including entry/exit date stamps to establish eligibility, 2. Patient to submit a complete accidental/illness proof of loss form, 3. Claim pending receipt of medical records from another provider. In general they need passport copy, proof of loss form (which we will get from seven corners) and the medical report from the hospital (detailed medical report on what was done). Then I called hospital and asked them to send the medical report to Seven corners. Also sent the remaining required documents to Seven corners. Then I called seven corners and confirmed that they received all the necessary details. They said the claim would take couple of weeks to verify and process. After couple of weeks I received another Explanation of benefits notice from Seven Corners with details of the claim. Here is how it goes. The total claim amount what the hospital send was $35568. The document what Seven Corners send to me mentioned the total member responsibility was $3507.00 and Amount paid was $1555.00. At first look I thought I just need to pay $3507 as that is the member responsibility shown in the document. But later hospital send me an unpaid bill of around $32013 saying that they just received amount $1555 from insurance and member need to pay the rest. Then we called the insurance and asked why there is a discrepancy in the amounts mentioned in the document and what is mentioned as the member responsibility in the document. They said they made a mistake in the document send to me originally. As per the policy they can pay only a maximum of $1555 for that particular day . That was surprising to me as I was expecting the policy was for $45000 and at least an 80% should have covered by the insurance. Also the Seven corners agent said the policy have a daily limit. For example for Hospital Room & Board Including Laboratory Tests, X-rays, Prescription Medical and other miscellaneous they would only pay $1260 per day and for a maximum of 30 days. That was disappointing as our case was an emergency situation. Now I don't know how we are going to pay the $32013, my father cannot pay it, he didn't even have a job. Also I cannot pay this amount even with my one year salary :-( !!! So guys I don't recommend Serven Corners if you are really looking for a policy that would cover emergencies like what mentioned above.

We are Americans living overseas. We have health insurance in the country we live in. When we return to the USA, for several years now we purchase a health insurance policy through Seven Corners. Each time, we do our research, and find them the best overall for price and quality of policy. We've recommended them to others, including Americans coming to visit us ( a health insurance policy which covers you overseas is vital, as we've had guests experience). So, we can strongly recommend Seven Corners.

3-27-19- There is a response to my grievance here. But I think that is done simply to show them in good light. That response meant nothing. Seven Corners actually pointed their finger at the doctors office. In spite of me explaining multiple times, that the delay from doctors office was for 2 months and the delay from Seven Corners was more than 6 months for a $200 claim, they still do not acknowledge that. It is very surprising that they got 4 stars here. I can only hope others have a different and better experience than mine with Seven Corners Horrible...Horrible...Horrible. Was put through a series of delaying hurdles. Don't have an answer on a Jul15'2018 doctors visit up until now(Feb28'2019). Not sure why I have to choose a one star above, pushing their value up than what it should be.

Fortunately, I still did not find myself in an emergency, so I am not able to fully judge the insurance. I can say that the service is good and it possible to personalize the plan that better fits to the proper needs. I also enjoyed the fact that it is very easy and quick to select and buy an insurance plan.

Just purchased travel insurance with Seven Corners. We really wanted a Cancel for Any Reason policy and Seven Corners offered it at a very reasonable rate--less then half what other companies charge for the same coverage. I had a question while I was completing the online form, and the woman who answered the 800 number was prompt, polite and knowledgable. Seven Corners will be our go-to travel insurance company from now on. Thanks!

Quick n' easy; great price; great coverage!! Worked with Violetta who answered my questions and got me straight onto the quote link. The quote process was very easy to follow and I took more time to determine coverage needs and geographic territory to explore, than to register and pay!! Effortless!

We purchased the travel insurance from Seven Corners as part of a trip package for one of our children. Unfortunately, events conspired to make that trip infeasible and I called up Seven Corners to ask about filing a claim. The person I spoke with was helpful, very specific and told me what documentation was required - and then followed up via email. Took me a short while to obtain the necessary docs, I filed the claim and within ten days or so I received notification of payment. No fuss, no muss, no disputes. I am not generally a fan of insurance companies but this process has been super easy and just as it was claimed it would be, if I did what was required. Highly recommend Seven Corners, both for the broad coverage they provide and for their customer service. Trip insurance is well worth the small investment.

I completely agree with the other people who complained about this company. I've purchased this "insurance" for my parents, visiting US from Feb to Apr 2014. Unfortunately, they had to go to see several doctors because of emergency cases. We started submitting the claims on Apr. 22 via the Fax. Then I called to confirm that they received them. I was told that it required about one month to review the paperwork and reimburse the amounts I paid for the visits and procedures. Of course there was nothing. I started calling them again and was very surprised that they did not receive 2 of 3 of my claims. I submitted everything again. And they still did not get it. Actually it really depended who I spoke with. Several CS reps confirmed the receipt, several of them not. So, finally, after requesting to speak with their Superiors they confirmed that they have all my paperwork. Guess what? Now they needed Doctors paperwork. And history went via the same loop. Even though the Doctors sent all the required paperwork to the Company (and copy to me), Seven Corners says they don't have them. At the same time I submitted a claim to BBB and after that they started to ignore me. They said that if I complain to BBB, only Kathy (who is responding here on all our reviews, actually) can take care of my case. She is absolutely unprofessional, can't use the system, can't keep her promises (for instance, I will call you that day, and this never happens, of course) and so on. The same things happened to me like to other customers such as they send a wrong name request (father's instead of my mother) to doctor's office, they lied about receiving the documents, they denied for unknown reason (pre-existing condition) the payments. They couldn't even find the list of procedures (codes, because it was on second page) and this list of problems is really endless. I spoke with Kathy on Fri, Jul 11, 2014, she was absolutely unaware what I'm calling about (even though it was probably our 10th conversation) and promised to call me on Mon. July 14 with the details and of course she did not (as usual). So called her again next Friday (July 18) and she promised to call me back within an hour, so I'm still waiting and it is Sunday. So I filled another complaint with the regulators, who are Indiana Dep. of Insurance and California Dep. of Insurance. And I really hope they help them to get out of business pretty soon, otherwise I don't know how many people will be fooled by this "Insurance" company.

I always purchase Travel Insurance before any trip. I have had to use it in the past. This time it was on my birthday on a cruise ship that I took ill and had to go to medical. I received my medicine and in within 2 days I was on the mend. I got home on a Saturday and placed my claim on Monday and just got notice yesterday 10 days later that I would be receiving my money back that I had to spend while traveling. It is worth the effort and the best is to know that you are covered.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell anyone thinking of buying a policy from Seven Corners Health Insurance that this company will deny your insurance claims. Being an insured with them does not gurantee you peace of mind. They ask you to file appeal after appeal. All the doctors letter in your claim' support are discarded and claimant is asked to file his appeal again. Last few months have been so horrible for us that i would seriously ask anyone buying policy from them to reconsider their decision. You hear so many horror stories of people who paid their premiums and when they finally had a claim were denied. It is the same story with Seven Corners Health Insurance. Thanks to Seven Corners for making sure that my dad's stay was not pleasant while visiting us in the states. Instead of enjoying his stay, he was worried if his medical bills will be covered by insurance company. We had made sure that policy had coverage for sudden onset of pre existing conditions and paid good amount of money as premium. I think it is a scam and government should look into these companies fleecing public

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Amanda Rodrigues recently. My husband took ill and was hospitalized for 5 days while we were away from home attending an FMCA rally with our Florida on Safari Chapter. Amanda was responsive and reassuring. She followed up with me to be sure we had what we needed to get him back to the Motor Home after discharge as we were not towing a car. She was well informed regarding Travel Assist and we are now awaiting reimbursement for our expenses

The policy I use, Reside Worldwide, is meant for people who live outside the US for 6 months plus. It is, in a word, fantastic! I have had insurance with this company for 10+ years. I've never had a problem with a claim. in fact, the staff actually helped me submit an appeal when they could have just ignored my email. It reminded me of the dad from The Incredibles. The staff at Seven Corners are my super heroes! The staff in every departments have always been kind, supportive and - most importantly - honest. Their philosophy, I believe, is to treat people as they personally would want to be treated. I recommend this coverage - underwritten by Lloyd's of London - to everyone! You will not find a cheaper nor more complete insurer anywhere (I've looked!)!

My Dad travelled to visit us for 30 days. My Dad has back pain and long travel made his back pain reoccur. I brought this insurance and paid premium as it covered pre-existing conditions. I brought this insurance for peace of mind. My dad took couple physiotherapy sessions after doctor consultation to calm his aggravated back pain. And the insurance denied to pay. Very very disappointing for someone new to country and having no insurance although we paid money to cover and provide backup. Very very disappointing and untrustworthy.

I filed a claim for medical expenses accrued on a trip abroad. I waited several months, and heard nothing about my claim. I called Seven Corners repeatedly, and I was told that the process was almost complete. I heard nothing for several more months. I called again, only to be told that many of the documents I had included in my claim were no longer in my file. Although everyone I spoke to was very friendly, I have still not received any reimbursements for medical expenses. I do not recommend this insurance company - there's no reason to have medical insurance if your provider is unresponsive and unreliable.

The absolute company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I purchased a PRIMARY insurance policy before going to my trip to europe. On my way back over 2 months ago I lost my luggage. I filed a claim automatically with the airline and they stated they would investigate where my luggage was being helped . I called seven corners right away and they requested documents which I provided right away. After a dozen phone calls and following I finally heard back a month later that my receipts that I provided for reimbursement of all the belongings in the luggage were not sufficient because they did not prove they belonged to me . All the receipts clearly had my name on the bottom but nonetheless they requested BANK STATEMENTS and credit card statements to show I had actually paid for these items. I provided all they asked for and after another dozen calls with absolutely no resolution I escalated this to management . I then was told that they needed proof that the airline had not reimbursed me. WHY WOULD MY PRIMARY INSURANCE THAT I PURCHASED INCASE OF ANYTHING HAPPENING NEED PROOF FROM THE AIRLINE ! I nonetheless provided this proof and then waited once again . I called again and then was told that the AIRLINE mist reimburse me for my missing luggage and that they would not pay out until the airline did . I READ THE FINE PRINT and nowhere did it say on the LEGAL document that we must file a claim with the airline for reimbursement . WHY AM I FILING A CLAIM WITH SOMEONE OTHER THAN MY TRAVEL INSURANCE THAT I PAID FOR WHICH IS A PRIMARY POLICY NOT A SECONDARY POLICY. Nonetheless I again went ahead and filed what they asked for from the airline even though I know ITS NOT RIGHT! Here we are two months later with absolutely no resolution. THEY TRIED EVERY TRICK NOT TO PAY ME FOR MY LOST BAGGAGE . ITS A SCAM STAY AWAY! Their own supervisor CHRISS couldn t believe what they were doing to me and the run around all for a measly coverage amount that the policy covers . Nonetheless I am not giving up and have hired legal help. If seven corners wants to investigate this further my policy certificate number is TSCCT18-100234 I have hired a lawyer to file a lawsuit against them . This was anything but HASSLE FREE! Stay away!!!!!DO NOT BUY!

My travel was interrupted due to weather (a storm knocked down a power line, blocking the only timely access between my location and the airport, causing me to miss my flight). I was forced to book a flight for the next day. I submitted a claim, and almost a full month later Seven Corners denied my claim, saying they didn't cover power lines across the road. Here's what the policy states, however: COVERAGE C MISSED CONNECTION If You miss Your cruise or tour departure because Your arrival at Your Trip destination is delayed for 3 or more hours, due to: ... b) documented weather condition preventing You from getting to the point of departure; I paid $40 for this coverage and an extra $604 for another ticket. I was displeased.

We luckily purchased travel insurance through Seven Corners, thinking we would never have to use it. Our airline tickets were quite expensive so we thought it would be wise to invest in the minimal cost of travel insurance. When we started the process of submitting a claim everyone we contacted at the office was very courteous and supportive. I have never dealt with an insurance claim that was not problematic until Seven Corners. I highly recommend using this company for any travel plans.

If there was less than one star i would give them -10 Cheap company they are there just to not give you back your money . The other insurance companies they help you over the phone and they get every thing done with few mins. For this company you have to file a claim and get them documents cancel your trip. You would lose the convenient to cancel your trip for any reason you want. I had a medical condition and I went to my doctor to check out the reason then after doing some tests a week after give me a call let me know I need to go for a medical process and would not be a good idea to travel after that for 2 to 3 weeks, After that I insured my trip and I canceled it after the cancellation within two days I had my medical process and the week after that I get to car accident and even with all these facts they said sorry we cannot refund you we need to stick to our policy language and all of these happened before your insurance getting affected with anyone please tell me what's the point of having an insurance if you cannot use it.

If I could, I would select "zero" star rating! This company is SCAM! Beware! My father was visiting us in the US and never had an issue with his skin but in his 5th month of staying with us he got "Bullous Pemphigoid," which by nature is a very rare case but Seven Corners did not pay a penny for doctor visit and lab tests. They started with procrastinating the process by long evaluation period and sending various notifications and at the end saying it was "Pre-existing" and when it did not work claiming it was not in their coverage policy. I DO NOT recommend them at all and please do research for your insurance needs and NEVER use their cheat services. I am happy that we live at this time that people can share their bad experiences online and I hope my review will help other people to stay away from this company!

Staff was very respectful and helpful throughout process of refunding the portion of lodging costs lost due to a medical claim so they accordingly get a 5 star rating. However, I would caution folks to understand prior to purchasing any insurance policy to understand what is and what is not covered. To explain, if your airline(s) offers you credit(s) good only for a limited time due to your medical cancellation then you cannot be refunded those costs with most trip insurance(s) because airline(s) provides credit(s). So please wisely only purchase the appropriate amount of trip insurance needed should you ever actually need to apply the insurance. I found out via this experience where I actually had the rare incident of actually applying a trip insurance claim that I had routinely been over-insuring all my trips.

I was going on a 33 day cruise to South America and was offered the trip insurance. Best decision I ever made not just because I was covered but because of how professional and easy Seven Corners made the entire process. While on the cruise there was a flu outbreak and I had to go and see the ships doctor. Anybody who has been on a cruise knows the ships doctor charge is excessive. However when you don't feel well, you over look the cost and utilize the medical resources. I actually didn't think about my travel insurance when I was sick and in my mind " just bit the bullet " and went. After returning from the cruise I was going through all my saved e mail communication from the cruise line / excursions / and Severn Corners. I glanced at the trip insurance and what was covered and noticed medical. I simply filled out and supplied the requested documentation and e mailed it to Seven Corners. The process was quick and I felt completely fair in regarding documentation requested. Within less than a week I received an email that they had accepted the charges and that I would be receiving a check in the mail for the entire doctor visit. Obviously I was pleased but most of all was sold on the fact that any travels in the future I was going to make sure that I purchased travel insurance because one never knows what's going to happen. And with the professional touch and ease of filing with Seven Corners, why wouldn't you do the right thing and cover yourself with a travel policy ?

Seven Corners, Inc. was an incredibly useful health insurance. I used them for my travels in Southeast Asia in the summer of 2016, then again to travel in Morocco and Spain for the Christmas holiday. Recieved confirmation of service quickly.

Seven Corners insurance quotes are reasonable and suitable for most American students and short-term travelers. They are very considerate and make a small card that can be carried in the wallet for each person who buys insurance, which is very user-friendly.

It was so difficult to find travel insurance that I could purchase since I have been living outside of my home country for over a year. I will be traveling for six months and was very worried that I would have to do this without any medical insurance. I was very happy to finally come across Seven Corners.!

Requested a refund for services I paid. They promised to process in 10-15 days, but no response so far. Delaying with answers, call center does not know about services they provide...

Seven Corners was the only agency that I contacted that actually had a live person answer the phone right away. I didn't have to leave my name and number for a call back. They have lots of contact info if you need help later. I also like that their insurance company for travelers health insurance is United Health Care, also a very reliable and well known company.

It's the first time to buy insurance in USA. My son and I have bought the Seven Conrners Student Insurance. It 's very convenien and suitable for us, which is not cheaper than others, but good enough to cover the medical and health insurance.

In a family vacation my son got sick, he required Dr. visit, medications and follow up treatment, we were very lucky to have Seven Corners coverage for the unexpected expenses. We always purchase our travel insurance through Secure Journeys, they are the best!

I am very lazy in giving a review on something unless I am super impressive. I purchased seven corners insurance for my in-laws visiting USA. When my father-in-law was admitted in hospital, the hospital management looked at the seven corners insurance and they said it was the best insurance plan we took. What they said is right and 100% correct. The claim process was such a simple and we did not have to involve anywhere. The claim process was direct between hospital and the insurance and we had to pay a final bill to hospital that was not covered. It was such an amazing experience with these people and really cant thank enough and I referred my friends to purchase the same insurance for their families visiting USA

Worst company in existence! Terms of coverage states they will pay claims within 20 days, but I m still waiting. I requested a first level review, and they never acknowledged my request. Don t ever work with them.

It took a while but we got the reimbursement in the end. The most positive aspect was the friendly and helpful member of staff on the Facebook page who was very prompt in responding to any message and kept us updated with what was happening with our claim.

I have purchased travel health insurance for two trips in recent years. Luckily, I have not had to use it. Seven Corners makes it very easy to sign up, even at the last minute, and their staff was helpful when talking things through on the phone.

SEVEN CORNERS DOEN'T REFUND THE MEDICAL EXPENSES The worst customer service in my whole life, they gave me bad information when I was sick in the US. I had a fever and seven corners led me to 3 hospitals that supposedly had coverage with my insurance and that when I was going to ask the hospital I realized that it was not like that. Moreover, they said on a call they will pay me back the expenses for the doctor's attention and the purchase of the medicines and now they have only returned the payment of the doctor s attention and they refuse to pay me the cost for the purchase of medicines. To this we could include that in the whole process of attention and claim, the customer service executives intentionally hung up the call six times. Don't use their services, is waste your money!!!

My flight was delayed 3 hours and then cancelled. I called seven corners to discuss my options and the representative was of no assistance at all. It seemed she had no experience with my situation and i felt like I was talking to a robot that just repeated quotes from my policy. I understand what it says but I needed to know what it MEANT and they were no help and only added more stress. My flight was cancelled after a 3 hour delay and the fine print in my policy states that coverage for cancellations only kicks in after a 6 hour delay. Typical of insurance companies, the policy is confusing and strategically worded to maximize profits and this is just more evidence of that. Keep in mind that few planes are going to be delayed 6 hours and still fly. In the time sensitive moments following the flight cancellation, I needed basic info related to my policy but was only told to file a claim. That would have been fine but I was told a claim would take up to a MONTH to process so in that moment I received no assistance and had no reassurance any new costs would or would not be covered by my policy. So read the fine print. Overall Terrible, Untrustworthy, Horrible Customer Service, will never use again. Update: seven corners contacted me. The director listened to my call and literally stated that the Rep. provided all the correct info and was helpful. Sadly, this might satisfy their internal service standards but none of my questions were answered in that critical moment and I was left without any resolution. I was only told to file a claim over and over. I CANNOT WAIT A MONTH in an airport while my claim is processing. I needed answers to very basic questions. SIMPLE QUESTIONS. I might as well been talking to an automated system stuck on repeat.

Zero star. Very bad people to deal with. Nothing is transparent. Submitted claim almost 3 months back. Still in processing. They say they didn't get medical records even when they confirmed that they got it. And they taking so much time up process claim and the bills are already gone to collection agencies. Never take insurance policies from this company. Actually the bills we get should be after the insurance is applied. That never happened and got whole bill from hospital. They do so much fraud to avoid claims. Suffering so much because they try to reject claims. Hope there is some humanity in health insurance agencies.

I have to admit when I bought the insurance, I was really skeptical. But it ended up being a satisfactory experience! I bought medical insurance for my in-laws visit to US in Feb 2018, the customer service representative Brad was patient and knowledgeable when he explained the benefits to me, especially the terms for acute onset of pre-existing condition. In April my mother-in-law had to go to urgent care due to ear infection. The benefits includes a small copay and the waiver of the deductible for urgent care visits. However the original bill required me to pay the full amount which goes to deductible, instead of the small amount of copay, because the provider got the code wrong (basically they used code for office visit instead of urgent care center). Then Brad helped me to file an appeal and after 28 days, I got the response from the quality assurance team, they told me they will reprocess the claim and take care of payment and I will only be responsible for the small amount of co-pay. Great job Seven Corners! And I really appreciate the help from Brad and the other customer representatives! I'll definitely keep buying the insurance for my parents and in-laws' visit to the US.

Used Seven Corners for medical bills incurred in both China and The Netherlands; and had no issues with the subsequent reimbursement of expenditures! Would totally recommend for any traveler.
