I went for the role of talent acquisition consultant as a fresher.There was an aptitude test,group discussion and 3 interviews which included a VP interview.All of them were really kind and understanding.The process was really smooth as well.

The interview process is tedious, spent almost entire day for 30 mins of interview even me being the only candidate. There are 5 rounds : 1st : HR 2nd : Aptitude Test 3rd : Team Lead 4th : CEO 5th : Presentation During the course of presentation, you will be put into hypothetical situations and asked questions, be prepared for the random, witty questions. Suggestion to the Interviewee : Ask and understand the case well from the Team members/ CEO, cause they don't really care about your interpretations and findings.

i went for the inter view at 11 am to this company and i waited for all most 4 hr. when i ask about the inter view process the one one the lady told me that they went for the lunch. they are lunch for 4 hour. they told me that we will let you know about the result in any case but still no Email form the company i don't fill this company is good to go. the opening is for fresher but they will ask question as we have 2 yr or experience. i will suggest you all to not to go in this company

Went for an interview as a freshers, walk in was there for freshers but they are recruiting only experienced.. Don't know why the hell they put walk in for freshers? If u seriously want to recruit freshers then send mails otherwise please don't waste our time, people will be coming from all the way to your office, where you don't have minimum stafff with a sufficient place .. Be genuine don't be in a Disguise...

I think a lot of the negative reviews written here are by people who could not make it through to the organisation. I have been a part of Peepal Consulting for 7 months and it has been an amazing journey, full of learning and excitement. The environment is relaxed and people are extremely supportive. If you want to start your career I think this is your best bet.

Actually the rating for this should be "Zero", Attented a Walk-in Interview, waited for nearly 2 hrs. One person came and taken Interview for just 10 mins and will let u know tomorrow for next round. There is no proper logistics managed to take the interview for the candidates, they won't value your time. Please remember the person who came for interview is investing his time,money,and energy, he is not there to wait for 2hrs..Whenever you conduct walk-in please be prepared , Respect the candidates by giving proper feedback.

Although very late because I had almost forgotten about this Company as it was of least importance in my career. Accidently remembered as I stumbled upon here. I just thought I'd give the review anyway cz you know, it's fun lol. I worked here briefly for 5 months around 5 yrs ago (2015). - Toxic work environment. Basically a gossip group of aunties. - No professionalism. Your reporting structure would scold you like you're in school for negligible mistakes. - I remember a very interesting incident. These guys provided a sim card for calls & 1 month I happened to have a slightly higher bill than usual as I did use it for few personal calls apart from work for which, the excess amount was deducted from my already underpaid salary of 14k. A few years later (after around 2 yrs) I get offered from Goldman Sachs & these guys give them a feedback about me during my BGV stating - "MISUSE OF OFFICE ASSETS". I wonder what misuse of office assets were they talking about? Age old 2002 model pantium4 PCs or the free sim card? Lol. So I am guessing they must've been talking about the above incident but hadn't they already deduct the excess amount from my salary? I am so confused. Never got the answer! I would love to hear from Vijay & Deepthi on this - people who gave this feedback to GS. So how should I pay back for the misuse of your damages? Donation of Mac desktops to your office would do? Cz I think you guys seriously need an upgrade! I'll write a cheque to you towards donation for your office as pay back of "misuse" that I did to your "assets", once I hear back from you guys. Ciao!
