There's always a barrier for me to use a computer....

There's always a barrier for me to use a computer. I came in on Friday around 11.30 am and staff were having a meeting so I couldn't use a computer. I came in several other times and I'm not able to use a computer for self sufficient. If they are really for the people why is their always a barrier to use the computers, fax machines, and etc!!! This place is wasting government funding and are not running this place like they should!!! Staff are more concern is making their paycheck instead of really helping the people
