Servpro of Joliet Review

Servpro of Joliet is absolutely phenomenal!!! They put me at ease immediately, especially at such a stressful time! My lower floor of my home was flooding and they came very quickly, since I was home alone at the time they helped me save a lot of important items!!! They are very through and professional! The employees are prompt and personable. Couldn t have been more please after they finished the job! Very honest and fair! You can t go wrong with this company! Great people, fantastic workmanship!! On a scale of 1to 10, I would give them a 20

I cannot say enough about the great job that SERVPRO of Joliet did for us and our family. Bill, Tim, and Allen took care of our water damage that impacted our drywall and carpet. Allen took the time to explain to our family all of the steps that were taken during the process and the next steps moving forward. I am very thankful for the work of SERVPRO of Joliet and the professionalism of the entire crew.

Alec and his crew were fantastic. Arrived on time. Explained everything each step of the way. Cleaned up after themselves. Then Alec cAme by each morning following to check on the progress of the drying out from the water taken in after storm damage to my roof. He provided me with updates each day and sent progress status reports via email/online site for my account. I could not be more pleased with the service and care provided to my home and myself during an otherwise stressful time. Highly recommend! Thanks so much Alec!

I can not say enough about Servpro of Joliet! Talk about peace of mind. We had a fire in our garage that caused us to move from our home for several months. The professionalism, compassion and empathy that we received from Mr. Bill Kent and his crew from Servpro of Joliet was second to none!

Servpro did our clean up and rebuild. They packed up the contents of our home and treated our belongings as if they were their own. Our belongings were stored in a climate controlled warehouse. Everything was cataloged and photographed.

The rebuild went very well. There was constant communication between Servpro and our family. The customer service was top notch.

When we moved back in Servpro moved our belongings back to our home. The saying Like it never happened I d an understatement.

When this horrible tragedy happened to me and my family it was arguably the worst day we had ever experienced. That being said I am very thankful we chose Servpro of Joliet to help us to clean up and rebuild after our fire. I can not recommend Servpro of Joliet enough. I cannot praise the work both Eric and Bill have done for us, their craftsmanship is impeccable, and their attention to detail truly commendable. We had a house fire, and Servpro of Joliet were given the task of restoring our home - what they restored for us was more than just our home, they restored our confidence in the structural soundness of our home, and what they restored was the joy we had felt when we lived in it. For someone struck with such tragedy, they walked us through the process with such professionalism, I will remain forever grateful for the work they ve done for us.

Both Bill and Eric kept in touch with us every step of the way, we got emails with estimates and everything was transparent, we got calls when things needed to be clarified and texts for reminders and other smaller inquiries - all within reason and never at the last minute or off hours. Our opinions were sought, welcomed and taken into consideration, and the customization of my home that I so cherished were taken by Eric and restored exactly the way they were - I know that was not an easy task, but ServPro did it for us! I love my home, now, it s new and is better upgraded than before, and any time my husband and I began going overboard or overthinking something, Eric and Bill would very logically walk us out of whatever money trap we were gonna walk ourselves into. I m going right back to them if I EVER need anything done. And would welcome anyone to contact me for a reference or recommendation any time! I know I can trust these guys....they re my go to people now!!!

The staff at Servpro were incredible to work with. They were patient, understanding, thorough and professional. They kept us informed ever step of the way. Always answered my calls. Made me feel like we were a team. While I hope I never need to ( ) I would use them again for a flood, I highly recommend them.

Working with Bill and Eric has been such a great experience! We had a devastating house fire and needed to rebuild the home - Eric was able to recreate the house exactly how we wanted it, with some upgrades as well. They both kept us in the loop the whole way through - communication was definitely a high-point. Eric was a great contractor, and paid attention to every detail, and kept the rebuild on track. The subcontractors were excellent people as well, the flooring, cabinetry, painting crew, all wonderful people. The quality of the work is spectacular as well, you can tell they took their time and ensured everything was done correctly. I highly recommend Bill, Eric, and while ServPro team.

Bill and the Team at SERVPRO of Joliet are the best! They are quick to respond, dedicated and caring. We had a minor leak and Mike came out right away to remediate the situation. He was responsive throughout the process. If we are ever in an unfortunate event again that requires these services we will definitely be calling SERVPRO of Joliet.

On Memorial Day weekend of last year we had the misfortune of a pipe bursting in our home. After our initial call to our insurance agent we called Servpro ofJoliet. We were thrilled and somewhat surprised at how quickly a representative came out to view the damage. It was very refreshing at the time they took with us to discuss the damage and time frame for the repairs and the patience shown in answering all of our questions. I must add that we had plenty of questions in that this was our first experience with this type of situation. From start to finish Servpro made the process as painless as possible for us and we are completely satisfied with the results.

I called Servpro cause I had leak in my ceiling. Alec and his crew came out the next day like they said they would. Him and his team were on time and very polite. Very respectful of our home by covering there shoes, using blankets for ground and taping off the problem area.
They were in and out quickly. Came back couple days later to pick up their equipment. Job done.
I ve used them multiple times and will continue to do so. I m also a local insurance agent and send my customers to them when needed.
