Good company with worst HR's.
I cleared all rounds of interview and HR, a lady called me and told me that you got selected. Salary discussion was done and after that no info, no calls, no messages after multiple emails and by the way she is very arrogant. Don't know how to talk with an employee showing that she is the CEO of company.
If am not selected that's okay but even after selecting and with out offer means that feeling hurts a lot.
Please, I am requesting you don't make false promises.
HR's attitude is the only reason for which i am giving low rating except that company is very good in all aspects.

If you want to learn, hone your skills; Affine is the place to be. I was given a chance to be at Affine and I am glad that I took the chance. I have learnt a lot here and there is still a lot to learn.

Do not Join no job security, they issue use like tissue paper use and though, should give negative star due to lack i ma giving 1 star

I was pretty confused with the route to this place from my office as I had to be at this place for a talk. Thanks to google maps as I didn t know initially that the usual route to this place is closed since there is construction going on but google maps helped me reach this place on time following a different route. This office is located in the heart of the city with a lot of eating joints and hang out places near by.

A heady mix of talent, creativity and can-do attitude. Great place to challenge yourself with the toughest business problems leveraging power of analytics while having fun with very smart colleagues.

Pro:
If you are new to analytics, this is the place where you learn something new everyday.

Con:
This is not the place for you if you are looking for a 9 to 5 job. I usually end up working late (8:00pm). I like it coz it's fun.

Best place for a fresher to start. You will be among talented people,learning would be steep and peers are very helpful.

Best place to get a hang of analytics for newbies !

I got interviewed for Angular developer and completed 2 rounds and waited for 3rd round . I called for getting 3 round details HR informed that 3rd round is with client but waited for 1 week no response so i called HR again now the response is already requirement completed.
I don't understand why they want to play with the candidates times.

I haven't work here, though it was just opposite of my office building, but as far knowledge it's a good company to work with.

Hey Guys if someone planning for an interview then you might go and wait for more than 5 to 6 hrs for the first round result. HR Team is not ready for an interview process at all and there is no streamlined process as well. Disappointed

Great place to learn and work, Managers are very open minded and reachable to all.

HR called and told you have cleared all the rounds and we will initiate offer letter. After that no response to calls mails. If some issue is there please let us know the issue. It looks pathetic by not responding.

It's very small company located in manyata tech park... It's very difficult to identify company.. they are not having their own space work with under facility provider..

Worst Place too much politics and buttering culture. Some projects are good but if you are targeted once then you are gone

Good company and new company which is not completed a decade. For interviews, they expect you to have very good technical knowledge for any level of experience till Team lead level. Good place to grow and learn.

I have joined Affine couple of months back as Manager and already in love with the company. Affine has lot to give in terms of work culture, variety in work, regular catch ups with HR and manager & employee engagement programs. A great place of learning for a fresher and playing around with the variety of analytics projects. Affine provides true technology required for projects in Analytics industry. Moreover the people around you are quite sensible & skillful and talk sense in all aspect. I wish Affine all the deserving success in the coming future and would like to be part of the same.

Atleast inform candidate or pick his call when you have told to him that you are selected and will be getting offer letter.
