On Memorial Day weekend of last year we had the misfortune of a pipe bursting in our home. After our initial call to our insurance agent we called Servpro ofJoliet. We were thrilled and somewhat surprised at how quickly a representative came out to view the damage. It was very refreshing at the time they took with us to discuss the damage and time frame for the repairs and the patience shown in answering all of our questions. I must add that we had plenty of questions in that this was our first experience with this type of situation. From start to finish Servpro made the process as painless as possible for us and we are completely satisfied with the results.
