Issues with being charged when there wasn't a diagnosis made. I wasn't told the fee was for travel??? The customer service representative was the worst part of this experience. I asked for a diagnosis from this company as to why my furnace wouldn't turn on. I didn't get one. When I called to see about my options the not so friendly or customer service oriented representative Brittany spat forth her views as to what she believed happened, she over talked, cut off, interrupted, demanded I let her tell me what she wanted, even stating "Well, I wasn't there". Yeah I know you weren't there however allow me to enlighten you, but that never happened. I asked to speak with her supervisor, instead she rudely said she was going to call the technician then hung up on me. What a great first time customer experience with this company and its representatives.
