Gorgeous hotel with a great room. Loved the hotel workers too, very friendly

The hotel is very good quality, a little does not reach the cleaning service in the rooms.

Acceptable hotel but had a jacket stolen from my room..

Service - Upon checking-out and getting back to my house, I realized I left a suit jacket in my closet. I had put in my two pairs of pants in my suitcase and left my jacket in the closet until I closed the suitcase. I closed the case when I was rushed and didnt bring the jacket. I called the front desk the next morning and lost and found and housekeeping had no record of it. They told me that they would ask the person who called me back but I did not hear back and I would always have to chase them. They were of no help and did not seem to care?believe that one of their cleaning staff could take my jacket. It was a horribly frustrating experience and not something I would experience at a bigger chain property (SPG etc).

Rooms - mine was clean and well appointed however the bathroom was very tight.

Location - the hotel is right on the cusp of the safe and unsafe zone. I found it find during the day but horrible at night. I would recommend staying closer to union square if you are there with a family or by yourself.

Overall -stay somewhere else as I can't stay at a place that I feel is unsafe and untrustworthy.

Clean rooms with adequate amenities and good service. Good location in SF, although not much parking aside from valet. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee in the morning but no breakfast. A decent place to stay.

Hotel staff were so great! We arrived and wanted to switch rooms just to have a bigger one for our Anniversary and they were right on it. Found us a room and switched us in 10 minutes. Loved the stay. The restaurant attached to the hotel was awesome too! We should have just eaten there every night because their food was better than most any place we ate in the city. The bartenders were hilarious and entertaining. Great place to stay and easy access to Union Square and all the amazing shopping!
