Go elsewhere, please!!! Horrible server and undercooked food.

Food was excellent, service was superb, we sat outside atmosphere was perfect.

The food is good. Service is Lukewarm. We go for the piano player.

Food was flavorful, fresh, and really left an impression. Highly recommend the Filet Migon with the cheese sauce. Seafood was cooked to perfection!! Service was very tentative and knowledgeable of the menu.

I went a few weeks ago and I had a nice meal with good service. Tonight was very disappointing with the service and our entire order was wrong and just accepted what showed up because we were already frustrated.

Great restaurant along the water. The food was excellent. The service was delightful, and great wine and bread. Great service from our waiter Joe. And on a busy Saturday night we got a reservation right next to the water in under thirty minutes. It also had very large portion sizes.

Don t let the front of the restaurant fool you. Once you go around back to be seated it is cozy, romantic and on the water. There was 5 of us, we ordered 3 appetizers and 5 meals. Everything we ate was wonderful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was my friend is gluten free which our server knew and his dish came with noodles on it and it was lightly breaded. Our server said he didn t realize which we don t understand because when we ordered the appetizers we were very specific and talked about it. He did get him another meal but we all had to wait. This is something all servers should be trained on and the manager should have visited our table. Had my friend ate that dish there would have been big problems.

Today, my sister, a dear friend and i had lunch for the first time at Serafina. We had been intending to try it out for a long time and I m so glad that we finally did. The restaurant is not large and has a charming ambiance. The weather was perfect for outdoor dining, which is where we sat. The service was friendly and not rushed. Most important, the food was delicious. I had a chicken Milanese which was the best I had ever had. Moist succulent chicken with a crunchy crust and green salad. My sister had the Frito Misto, lightly fried shrimp, calamari and mushrooms with tomato sauce for dunking. Both portions were so large, we both got doggie bags . Our friend had mussels in a wonderful sauce. We rarely indulge in dessert but we did today. We highly recommend the tortufo. Overall, it was a wonderful experience which we intend to repeat for lunch and dinner in the future.

Food is okay... not worth the price.

Lasagna was trying for a rustic look. Which ment there where squished tomatoes. It is important to strain the tomatoes to avoid an acidic taste. The mead was grany the ricotta was bumpy not smooth.

The olive oil is the cheap brand giving the lemon and the artificial after taste.
The bread was too thick which means they used less water which gives a fluffy and more textures.

The tiramiso is just whip cream very little coffee.... nothing to write home about

The meat is too salty.

Best food, welcoming employees, regularly fantastic mood. They charge fair pricing and the food quality is good. Highly recommended.

Food was good, service was not, never told us specials, never asked if we would like more sparking water, another glass of wine and the best was when they took our dinner away he gave us the check guess they don't have dessert there, went elsewhere to finish the night, maybe he don't know the higher the tab the higher the tip, he only worried about 2 big table not us a table of 2 wont be back.

SO AMAZING! We came here for my birthday, and couldn t have had a better experience. Megan was knowledgeable, kind, and even personalized the desert for us! Definitely will make this a regular spot :)

Yesterday I dined with my friends and Gabby was our waitress, she was so sweet and attentive. Juan the manager came by to check on us throughout our meal and Forrest the bartender made us the best cosmo and lemon drop martini's we've ever had. Thank you all for the hospitality and being so genuine. I'll be back for sure, stay hopeful and positive.

The $75 includes an appetizer and an inexpensive bottle of wine for 2. We love this place. They have affordable pasta dishes and phenomenal specials...so price is somewhat up to you.

This place had a romantic feel and the food was delicious. We were expecting small portions but it was the opposite! The portions were huge and it came out piping hot! If we're ever in the area again, this is the place to go back to.

Walked in with no reservation on a Saturday night a little after 9:30 and was told we couldn t sit outside because all the tables were taken by reservations. We accepted an inside table. Already the mood was a little awkward because it seemed like they didn t want us to accept the inside table but we stayed. A waiter eventually comes and is giving us water and asks if we knew what we wanted of course we didn t we hadn t even looked at the wine list yet. We ordered wine and the beef carpaccio app. The meat that was served was semi frozen and was covered in lemon juice, we were expecting some truffle flavors as the description included truffle oil but that wasn t apparent. The server at this point stopped asking if we knew what we wanted since we had already told him a few times we needed more time. Eventually we ordered the veal parm which was delicious but again, our server simple glided by as we were eating and asked are you good? Obviously we were disappointed we didn t get an outside table and we know that s our own fault, but the lack of care or consideration from both our server and the host for being a late walk in made for an extremely awkward experience. Don t think we ll bother coming back to try the outside.

Nice dockside patio. I still have a hard time justifying paying more than $10 for macaroni, but I guess it's just a sign of the times.

Located on the New River with lots of outdoor seating. We were in a private dining room for a company holiday dinner. Very nice setting.

Started with Polpette Di Carne, house made meatballs served with tomato sauce , very good. A great grilled octopus with a salad, and a caprese salad served with an assortment of Italian salamis and marinated mushrooms. Great start.

The one star is for my Della Casa!! My salmon limone' was not done and still frozen in the middle. Even the waiter came back and saw it and said. "Oh no!!" He was just as surprised as I was. And once the waiter brought it back (he told me it was being remade and I requested that it be well done), it was still not done and it was mushy. Horrible!!

Very nice local restaurant, off the water in Fort Lauderdale. Located just minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach and from the galleria mall. They have very good chicken, veal and pasta dishes. I wife likes the seafood dishes. The owner and staff are always very pleasant.

An out of way, quiet, charming Italian bistro. I say bistro because it's more than a restaurant. Not to big, not to small on the New River area. The food was delicious and willing to accommodate our slight changes/request on the menu items. The portions are a good size.

What a unbelievable Meal my wife and i had here this is up there with one of the best Italian restaurants in ft lauderdale what a little gem this is a must try and the best service our waiter was the best great staff, try this restaurant and enjoy.

Dined for lunch with my daughter Blake . We sat by the water and it was peaceful. Our server was on point, everything served correct temperature and delicious.Ambiance warm and welcoming. I will go back for dinner It was that good. Check out The pics! We had salmon and spaghetti with vodka sauce.

I see the pictures from your restaurant and what we had today looked absolutely different. Sorry but our today's lunch was just disgusting. I ordered sandwich, and have got chiabatta 1 week old from the nearest grocery with pasta sauce from the same grocery store. And two pieces of onion. Sounds yummy, right?
My hubby ordered pasta with piece of fried meat. The taste was terrible, pasta and meat were filled with a fat! Nothing italian there.
Also we were waiting for our meals for almost 30 minutes ( during lunch time).
Never come back again.

Just okay. The place needs to be reconfigured, organized, cleaned up, and freed of debris along the pathways, water view wasn't much to see. Food was just good.

The gentleman that officiated our wedding today told us about Serafina. Judge Rob you were 100% correct! Roxana was an amazing server and took great care of us! The waterfront views were gorgeous - even saw a rainbow!!! The food was INCREDIBLE!!! We will be back!!! Thank you to everyone at Serafina for making this such an amazing experience!!!

Disappointed. The Cappellini fra Diavalo was very bland. Bland as in no spice at all. Oily, tasteless shrimp, and very little garlic.

Definitely a must go if you are in Ft Lauderdale. Off the beaten path Italian restaurant. Doesn t look like much from the street but the outdoor seating is wonderful and the food exquisite!

Have been to Serafina many many times and have always had an exceptional experience! The ambiance is OUTSTANDING and the food is always some of the best in the city. The presentation is also tremendous. Count on the staff to make great wine recommendations. A dinner that you won't soon forget.

I went for the second time to be sure of my opinion, and for nothing change, there is no balance between price and value, you pay a lot for nothing extraordinary, this time I requested the Miami spice and it was truly a robbery, bad presentation, the only thing I can To say it was good was the attention of the innkeeper! So no more opportunities for this restaurant!

I'm on vacation with my family and I decided to visit this restaurant for brunch, and indeed I found myself with a quite pleasant atmosphere. But my surprise was when after waiting almost an hour the food was completely disgusting. the fritata seemed to have been reheated for more than a month ... the rest of the food was super salty ... my guests and I decided not to recommend visiting this place ever again, the only thing we liked was the tiramisu and the cheesse cake

Huge serving sizes, and great views. The service was amazing.

Mom and Pop owned. On the water. Great service. Great food. Great ambiance. I had a office party in their private room (no extra charge). The office raved about how nice and intimate the room was. We were able to enjoy the place all to ourselves. They have a lunch menu and allow separate checks. Parking stinks, but you can park at plaza block away for big groups. Mickey was polite and attentive. He calls you and discusses you party idea and helps set the mood. I recommend this place!

Been here twice and loved it so much! The mushroom risotto is to die for. My bf and I got it both times the atmosphere is very cozy and romantic by the water and id definitely recommend it to others as well. Not that expensive either. The portions are large so you'll definitely have leftover or you can just share :)

Tried the veal saltimboca special with gnocchi and it was delicious! My girlfriend was happy with her meal too. Wine was reasonably priced considering. Staff could be a bit awkward at times, but it was a nice first visit overall.

The fact that it was cool and windy made for an uncomfortable eating situation. There were heater's but not used. Food was very good though. Sure it would be better on a better weather evening. Sure give it a try.

Food service ambience great. Megan a great server. Bone in Veal parmesan an unexpected delight. Wife loved Caprese salad appetizer and she was a wow on Grouper. Only problem was their text reservation system our reservations at 6pm we arrived 5:59,we continued to receive reminders every 10 minutes about reservation although we arrived, were seated and ordered!. Bad form.
