THIS PLACE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN I WISH I CAN NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE ANY STARS BECAUSE THIS PLACE DO NOT DESERVE IT. THEY LOSSING TOO MANY CONTRACTS WITH MANY COMPANIES. THEY ARE FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEY EMPLOYEES THAT WORK FOR THE CAMPANY. THEIR RACIST ALL THE ACCOUNT MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS ARE JUST THERE FOR A PAY CHECK. DISPACH PEOPLE ARE HIGHLH DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. IF YOU LOOKING FOR GROWTH PLEASE I BEG YOU NOT TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY THERE IS NO GROWTH I REPEAT NO GROWTH . THEY PAY PERIOD IS EVERY TWO WEEKS AND YOUR PAY CHECK WILL LOOK DIFFERENT EVERYTIME. THIS PLACE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD.

These people are unprofessional and the stuff is so rude. I did my security trainings and couldn t get my licenses right the way and a lot of people notifying about them unprofessional. I gave them one stars but they really don t deserve it.

Just don't. Look beyond the pretty words, and the desperation for money. I know back to work promotes this place but honestly not a safe, stable work environment. No real training but expected to handle mentally unstable clients.

Good place to work. A lot of changes are being made. Could end up being one of the top companies in the city soon.

Pure garbage. No professionalism. The recruiters take advantage of those in tough times and throw you to far locations when they have the capability and means of placing you closer to your borough. Unnecessary attitude, immense unprofessional ego. Guards come in and out, only last a few weeks after interacting with this terrible company for themselves. I literally spoke to five in the first two weeks and left due to the fact that it's a huge issue when payday comes around. They steal hours and don't pay what they're supposed to pay. There are plenty of better companys. It has 2 stars for a reason and will quickly be decreasing to one star and then FINALLY GET shut down. Do yourself a favor and refrain from giving your business to this company by giving your precious time. They have not and will not value it at all. Mariah in particular is the central cancer of the company itself. She will string you along and waste your valuable time.

Do not work for this company I repeat do not work for this company, this company is very unprofessional money is always missing, they take way to many taxes out of your check. Staff is very rude.. to much gossip and drama at the sites. Your relief is always late and wait not let s forget the favoritism they have going on too.. So please save yourself the trouble

Worst company of all time. Never been so unhappy with a job.. Its no room for growth everyone is always late with no reprimand. The site you work is filthy..

Most unprofessional company to be involved with. I've worked various security jobs throughout my career and I have to say this place is truly a joke. I honestly believe that this company is still standing because people need a job. I can honestly say this because yes I am one of the individuals who need a second job so when you need work you have no choice to tolerate it but this company treats their officers like garbage. Honestly if you can find a job somewhere else please try to. You will wait hours just waiting to obtain a damn schedule.

My time at this company was not what i expected they mess up on alot of people checks. And was not paying people for the hours they did. They also dont know where they place there own employee on site and have a lack of communication with each other i. The office and lack of communication with there employee not professional at all time and rude tto there workers this company really don't care about the people thats working for them

Do not go here its worse and very unprofessional and the staff has changed its not what. It use to be they may be going outof business in the near future or conbind withanother co lawyers are calling them on the phone an personal was told not to pick up the phone i been with this co for 4 years its like living hell they got new pepole in thier good luk to you if you want to work there
