I wouldn't take my dog there ,they are so unprofessional, especially the Head Counselor Yes (Lorraine) very and I mean very unprofessional ,is vindictive and carries her self as if she's better than you because your an addict. Doesn't even have the decency to brush her teeth ,talk about swamp mouth.. Than the so called Head Nurse , (Tani or Toni) man she would love to give attitude but didn't like it when you gave it back, like your supposed to my attitude back your a patient and I'm the Head Nurse,NO LITTLE GIRL . YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE ,THATS THE BOTTOM LINE.. I WOULD NOT AND I REPEAT WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!!!
I had a very bad experience at this clinic. The lead councilor was very sadistic; she enjoyed obstructing the level advancements. She enjoyed revoking privileges. Dr. Ganz is a facist. He does things that s not even the company s policy. If you have a prescription for a narcotic medication he ll thwart you level advancement and drop your dose after you ve already stabilized. And when you make grievance to corporate they don t even respond to you and they don t answer their phone. It s a very unprofessional business and very incompetently runned. If you looking for a good clinic to attend go to CARS.
They're all good helpful people that care and respect you . They know how to help with your addiction and they do help.
