So I want to edit my previous review below. After leaving this review, the corporation called me and offered me my previous rate. They didn't have to do that, and I appreciate the fact that they were trying to keep a customer happy during these trying times. I just wish they would have worked with me before having to leave a bad review. They've always been helpful in the past and working with my father as a senior rate customer. But thank you for the assistance.

They are raising the price over 75% like we haven't been renting from them for over a year. They said that is what they could get new move-ins to pay so thats the rate increase. It's wrong to take advantage of people during a pandemic and thats what they are doing. We've been paying $200 a monthat a senior citizen rate and now they tell us rent has gone up to $300 a month. Horrible to take advantage of older people at their worst. Shame on you.
