I visited sennheiser service center on Monday the way they received was really up to the mark and they assured my old damaged earphones will be replaced in a week but I got my new earphones on Wednesday..That is what customers expect from gaints like sennheiser..really appreciable

I bought it in Dec 2016. It stopped working. I called the service dept. and I am very disappointed they want me to send it by parcel on my expenses. Usually the companies have an arrangement of prepaid service in this scenario.Though I also have extended warranty. It looks unfair instead of apology from them I have to spend more money from my pocket.

Just buy a brand new 595$ HD600 headset. Have it since yesterday and the right driver is buzzing at mid volume and upper.
The warranty department want me to pay for the shipping to get it repair. Plus I won't have the headset for several weeks. Beware their service is really bad.
