For years I bought from Ramacieri,. I no longer count the purchases made there. Recently I renovated an apartment. A shower panel was missing when we were ready to install. Ramacieri replaced him. Now it's a fixture, made to be installed on a mirror bought there too, which is missing. On the pretext that the purchase was made in 2016, like the shower panels for that matter, we do not want to replace it. I paid for this fixture, I have the invoice, I will have to pay a second time ... It's not the price that bothers me, it's a matter of principle combined with the cavalier way of refusing to replace what we ve already paid for. Customer service makes all the difference in the reputation of a place. I therefore advise you to go elsewhere, because if an error occurs, you can be sure that you will be sent to graze ...

Original review: Awful return policy. We spent a total of $14,000 on tiles for our renovations. After we were finished we had 3 unopened boxes in excess. Ramacieri refused to take them back because we didn t return them within 30 days of purchase.

Nice showroom, with good selection of bathroom fixtures and tiles. Excellent service, including after sale support.

I had the "chance" to be on the way to your literate car of cie .... A black and red fiat ... You are dangerous in an area at 30km with parks and children. Very bad publicity. I will never set foot in your store with this event ....

The staff are courteous when you are on site however telephone and email follow-ups are not done. This happened on 2 occasions for 2 different orders so not just bad luck.

A month later, I still had not received the specific information for the faucet, vanity and shower system.
I went elsewhere and bought from Batimat. My emails were returned quickly with this store and the staff were more serious.

You really feel like you're dealing with unmotivated young millennials when you shop at Ramacieri. Not really inspiring when you know you're going to spend a lot. In addition, it is not acceptable to limit the opening hours from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. under the pretext of a pandemic. I do not believe that the sale of ceramics is considered a high risk activity for transmission of COVID.
