Seneca Resorts & Casinos Review

Been several times, usually amazing. This visit was very basic. Seemed like less options and food wasn't as good. Refills took awhile to get. For the price, I was disappointed this visit.

Had a great time! The buffet has a lot of options and some great desserts! The casino is very roomy and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Huge comfortable rooms with really nice riverside views. Amazing breakfast buffet and live kitchens. Nice bars and casino. Every thing under the roof is extremely pocket friendly and affordable.

Colorful building facade, lots of slots, fair amount of table games, keno, and a mid sized poker room. Nearly all of the employees I encountered wore smiles along with their name tags. Although I did not eat, there are 3 or 4 options and all looked good. Plus they have a Coldstone creamery! The interior was large and clean.

Great place to have fun with family and friends. Three Sisters restaurant has good food and great prices

Its was great time but better enjoyed in summer more things to do .

Typical casino, and $20 buffet. Food was meh. Just average, but all you can eat.

Loved the variety of slots! Did not like the service we got while playing the slots. We did not walk out winners but the environment otherwise was nice.

Beautiful atmosphere. Polite and professional staff. The food is phenomenal and large portions.

Lots of fun, good restaurants and of course gambling ( though I didnt see many big wins by anyone)

Appreciate the atmosphere for what it's meant to be. Smoke water's needed for ventilation even at non smoking tables, games and hotel rooms. Great restaurants!

We are currently being turned away at check in on our honeymoon for a license that isnt accepted even though valid because of a expiration date and recent policy change. Hotel manager Stephiane wasnt able to help accomadate us when we arrived and the best she could do was is issue us a refund and list of hotels near by. NEVER go there and will never be back.

Beautiful hotel with great restaurants. The pool area was clean, had plenty of towels and was monitored by a staff member. Room service was excellent!

Buffet was the worst I've ever had there. Food was cold and not very good.

Great hotel and casino, try to not get a room next to elevators very loud

It was a nice Casino the problem was was the parking lot was like a sheet of ice. We went to the buffet where I believe I contracted some sort food poisoning. I came home and took some Pepto Bismol and everything was okay.

Koi had great food, however the prices were somewhat high.

Not an overnight guest, but was satisfied with the options available. Good traffic in and out, good access. Will be visiting again

Fun place great employees. As night progresses the wait staff is a little harder to find. Wish there was a craps table in non smoking.

This is a place that really supports the military dont forget 3rd Wednesday of every month free to all service members and retirees

We had a great time at the bar!, drinks were delicious $$, music was awesome, everybody was dancing, so much fun

So much fun! Would love to come back. Staff was very helpful and professional. Plenty of sights and shopping to do nearby, really just a walk away.

Machines for 25 cent play hard to find. Winners were scarce.

Our room was very clean. The bell hops are great. The hot tub by the pool was actually hot!I love that if you don't want to leave the hotel you don't have to because everything is right there!

Great Casino.. Better than Canada's Casino... First time visitors get Continental Buffet.. Free Parking for Every one who visit....

Great place for stay. Great views of American and Canadian side establishments. It has a Casino. Place has easy access to Niagara falls on US side. We walked through the area. Bus tours are also available.

Nice place to visit with friends as long as you gamble. Drinks are free for those who play and over 5 for those who dont.

The casino was good. I would never attend an outdoor concert here again. We paid for front row seats and security allowed everyone to push those seats and stand in front. Was not managed well at all

I had a great experience at Seneca Niagara Casino. The Casino (along with the hotel) was very clean, great food, and very good as to how they're practicing social distancing. Due to the circumstances in which the world is experiencing at this time, I recommend this business establishment to people who is looking for a quick fun getaway. Beautiful room. Smelled like pot horrible but still amazing view.

You have to be in New York 14 days before you can go in the casino so I'm thinking that it's not tourist attraction. Or they're not social distancing.

Went to the casino on a Friday night. Wasn't too busy and there were lots of open slots and table games. Dealers were very friendly. Only negative was that the cocktail waitress was no where to be found

My sister and I went for slots and dinner . We love Three Sister's is our favorite the food was great but it took forever and our Waittess wasnt very friendly

Unlimited crab legs buffet on Tuesday nights. Rooms are clean, nice with a view.

Didn't win, but had fun playing. Service was great and saw a lot of other people winning. Maybe next time.
