Rooms are elegant view of the Nile or the tahrir square is marvelous working staff are very polite willing to help with a great smile

The hotel is in a great location the Nile view is a great and magical,the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful in particular Peter from the reception whom tried his best to make sure that your stay at the hotel is l Peaceful and Mustafa at day and night and of course Khaled from the cafe whom was extremely friendly and nice

Very beautiful hotel. Receptionist are very polite and friendly. Beautifull view from my balcony But Wasn't impressed by concierce service at the entrance and the cleaning of the room.
Overall our stay was good .

Very dated rooms and even though a non-smoking room, you can't really get away from the smell. The shower is a bit strange since they opted to put a fixed piece of plexi so you have to reach in and get wet to set them temperature. Nile view rooms are amazing, but be careful since there are approximately 10,000 weddings a day in Cairo and this hotel sets up the venue on 4th floor terrace which allow DJ music up to midnight. Staff is nice and buffet is editable.

Oh, and there is only one outlet for use in the room?!

UPDATE: Increasing to 4 star. Visited the gym on the last morning. This is a full size gym with every piece of equipment. It is the largest hotel gym I have ever seen and was a nice surprise.

One of the best places to stay in Cairo by far but the walls are paper thin. We coincided with wedding season which means every evening there was a wedding that was so loud the windows in our room were vibrating. Luckily they stop the loud music at around midnight. Apart from that the hotel and staff are wonderful. They have an incredible choice of breakfast and a good size pool to relax!

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Cairo. On the one side you see over the famous Tahrir Square. On the other side you overlook the Nile. Close to everything. Beautiful pool area with view over the Nile

Fantastic! We went there to watch the Pharaohs ' parade and we got the best possible view. The rooms were big, the bed was comfy, and breakfast was amazing. Only drawback was that there was no soap and shampoo and lotion in my bathroom, just hair conditioner. Also, my key card kept getting deactivated and I had to keep going to the front desk to get it fixed.

Professional service, great breakfast, gergous view, and you can get a discount on your reservation if did it via tourism office.
