The organization of PCR tests to review ... failed after 30 minutes in full sun with my child because they stopped the samples. The courier was about to arrive ... there were about thirty people failing. They should have anticipated and closed the line long before ...

It all started in January 2017 or with a low hemoglobin level (5), my attending physician dr degrave sent me with a letter for emergency transfusion and gastro-CT assessment ... The emergencies refused me ... I went home at home, I go back to Dr degrave (competent Dr who saved my life ...) who tells me you return the ba you go to the gastro department seeing my head there secretary gives me an appointment immediately with dr Jemaa .. .Then followed 2 months of pleading to find me a cancerous tumor of the hail which was bleeding ... thank you the emergencies these if a scanner had been made in January of the request of degrave, one would have avoided the 8 transfusions in 2 months. ..

Very disappointing, I called for a tooth extraction appointment and they offered to me 2 months later knowing that they accept AME cards.
The day J. At the reception the damme said (DSL Mr BUT WE DON'T TAKE THESE CARDS, I WILL ASK THE DOCTOR "Dr BLANCHARD" IF HE CAN PASS YOU)
10mn later she said to me: ok Mr, I'm taking your file. While I told him you told me you accept AME card. And the damme told me that the other colleague who got soaked. No big deal.
Once back in the office, Dr BLANCHARD said to me: Ah if you who have the AME card, we cannot treat you because the state does not pay us. And suddenly he gave me medication to relieve me. Pfff ... Since when did health become business ???
2 months later to give me medication .

Arrived in the morning for a Doppler, we then meet in the emergency room.
An interminable wait for him in the corridors. More than 3 hours of waiting for a first exam, without being told anything And the accompanying persons limit "ejected outside" as soon as the admission papers are made. 8 hours for 1 exam requested and a host of others which have nothing to do with
In short, the reception in the emergency room is far from welcoming! Even though the nurses seem more attentive, I hope I never have to set foot there again !!

I was yesterday in the day care center for my 3 year old daughter .. it is awful and lamentable .. Mrs ATTAL who received us tried to get rid of us as much as possible on the pretext that she has the other patients, she does not 'did not even auscultate my daughter who still has a very high temperature (39.5) ... I do not know if there is justice in this country but if something happens with my daughter I will go to the Protection Court human rights, because examining the patient like that, especially the little one, is negligence and it is a crime, and every crime must be punished.

My 3-year-old daughter came to the outpatient department for a first experience I find it average. I pay for a room while we stayed in a box, they make me misplaced thoughts because my daughter cries that "disturbs". We give you information that in the end when the day comes it is not at all as we tell you. Frankly I will not be going back.
