I loved Semeraro and used to go there often. For some years, however, it seems that a hurricane has passed in the stores. The objects are almost non-existent: half-empty shelves and the very little that remains is also unassorted. Today I wanted to buy glasses, plates and other things for the house but I found two items of one type, three of another ... how sad !!!
I asked if, by chance, they were present in the warehouse but nothing, the saleswoman reported that she did not know when they would make deliveries for restocking. Better not to talk about kitchen objects, sadness there too ...
At the cashier I asked for news of a sofa purchased 2 months ago with the promise of delivery after 50 days; I was told that there are serious delays and it is not known when it will be available. The cashier tried to check on the computer but, after 10 minutes, she couldn't answer me because she couldn't open the file, so she advised me to send an email to find out more. Beyond belief. And I also did 250 km to go there ...
Dear Semeraro, I have always been a regular customer both for furniture and for objects of all kinds. I've always made great reviews because the shops deserved them but from now on I will never set foot in your stores again. And I will also advise everyone I know to go elsewhere.

The person who helped us in the kitchen department for the handles of our kitchen was courteous and professional.

Unfortunately I must admit that after 3 months from the order the requested material has not yet arrived. So I went to the Lugagnano shop where I found it difficult to cancel the order and certainly the manager who intervened had an attitude that was certainly not in good taste with respect to the role he holds.

Bad experience I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND. I will certainly not buy anything from them since I have been waiting for a sofa and news from them for two months. I called many times and no one answered the phone, out of 10 phone calls they only answered 2 times.
I paid the full amount for the sofa to have the delivery, which obviously hasn't been done yet. I don't care if you respond to my review by apologizing because it IS NO USEFUL.

All smoke, no roast! They appear apparently well, showing availability and competence. However, when I bought a cabinet that was ready for delivery, it took 1 month and a half to arrive, a full 2 weeks beyond the expected delivery date (BEFORE PROMPT DELIVERY). The same day I also bought a chest of drawers and a shelf to put in the aforementioned wardrobe. In addition to arriving a month late, to insert the chest of drawers, which was already pre-assembled, we had to remove the wardrobe doors as no one had told us that the chest of drawers had to be mounted before the doors. While the shelf arrived without supports to secure it behind the cabinet and we had to make do from a hardware store. I also find it really very uncomfortable that they make you go to take the documents for collection at the point of sale and then the warehouse is about 2km away for the goods. I really won't use Semeraro's services (if they can be called that) anymore and I strongly advise against it to anyone. The only star I gave is for the fact that you can't put zero and maybe for the closet installers, who were quick and efficient, even though I would have asked the customer in their place: "there goes a chest of drawers inside. ? because if you have to wait to assemble the doors. "

I state that I am not used to write reviews both for good and for bad and if I really want to do it, I write only the positive ones so as not to denigrate the work of others with negative reviews, but this time it has exceeded the limits. I purchased a kitchen delivered on December 16, 2020 with the balance paid as per the contract about 7-10 days before. Already during the day I filed a complaint about some parts of the kitchen that are unsuitable or of the wrong size, assembly errors from the installation of the sink to the hob, the hood not screwed on and other things. In more than 2 months it has not yet been fixed despite several requests with the excuse that the small parts to be replaced still have to be prepared. I would like to point out that it takes about 60 days to make a kitchen. Here the same time has passed to make a shelf and 3 strips of 3 cm because they arrived gray instead of white lacquered. The assembly of the kitchen was really rough (to be optimistic) and the reactivity to fix the catch (which happens while working) goes hand in hand with the assembly. Certainly once the issue is settled I will no longer have the pleasure of entering this store. BAD experience. I give a star because I am obliged otherwise it would be zero.

ENOUGH with the excuse of the pandemic ... we are all going through it but surely each of us works better than you !!! BAD !!!

I am giving a star because 0 is not possible, I do not even care to be contacted again, also because once the money has been collected they do not contact us again, indeed they do not even answer you if called with a number they know, but I want to alert others like me me they made the mistake of going to them to buy any piece of furniture ... bought a kitchen in November (sorry, paid in November and received in January) the "professionals" come to assemble it (and ignoring the fact that they did not wear the mask , mandatory and pointed out, but let's forget that after we left all the windows to air their breaths of 4 hours of assembly) we immediately notice that there were many things that were not right, chair with 2 orange dots, cornice with the same orange marks, sink with obvious scratches, ruined chairs, etc ... to which I am attaching photos, the professional fitters said that there was no problem, as long as we had reported to Semeraro and they would have changed everything ... now after more than a month of phone calls which they do not answer if made from the number they have in the phone book, nothing has been changed or even taken into consideration .... I have changed the kitchen and I wanted it to perfection as they show you in simulations, but maybe they are good in simulations, but live is something else entirely !!!! If you also buy from Semeraro, when they have finished assembling anything, be it a bedroom or a kitchen, take a good look at the furniture and assembly and do not trust "professionals in assembly" ... indeed, do not pay , which is better because once paid, they no longer consider you .... I will never furniture Semeraro again, and remember that you have to wear a mask in this covid19 period because X 2 is a fine of 800 euros .... with this goodbye Semeraro. There is no 0 otherwise you deserved it all. Bad service and quality. I ordered a kitchen and over 3 months of waiting where they never called to notify, you went to the store and the saleswoman pretended not to see you because she knew you had to tell you, I call the manager 5 times each time a different "excuse", materials in delay, suppliers, dismissed employees and therefore few staff when in reality they are the problem. The kitchen arrives incorrectly assembled and with broken pieces of poor quality. They only delivered because they got fed up with being at their shop every day.
