There is no 0 otherwise you deserved it all. Bad service and quality. I ordered a kitchen and over 3 months of waiting where they never called to notify, you went to the store and the saleswoman pretended not to see you because she knew you had to tell you, I call the manager 5 times each time a different "excuse", materials in delay, suppliers, dismissed employees and therefore few staff when in reality they are the problem. The kitchen arrives incorrectly assembled and with broken pieces of poor quality. They only delivered because they got fed up with being at their shop every day.
