Avoid entering via the perfume section at all costs if you do not like being hassled or are averse to strong smells.

A complex and winding store which takes a lot of energy and willpower if you simply want to peruse. I would advise going there with a clear idea of where you are going and why.

This is not in the UK, let alone England. It is in the middle of Nowhere where the clientele is exclusively in search of gaudy stuff to be paid for with money none of them have earned and merely swindled through a non-domicile loophole. Lastly, some men who frequent the place like to bump into women on purpose, disgusting.

Landmark dept store .....in better shape than its notable competitor presently . Everything you would expect to find at prices to curl your toes ......and all other appendages - but thats the thing - eyes wide open and no doubting the quality.
Head down to lower ground - up to the fine wines and before the cigar concession ( Fox of St James ....great selection by the way ), and have time in Harry Gordons bar and cafe ......just do it - you wont regret it !!

Special service. Easy to find latest series of branded products.
Wide floor in each storey, quite tired to explore all at once. Tax free service is at 4th floor.

Cafe matches the rest of the store. If I lived near, I would have my lunch here every day.

Best department store in the world! Amazing beauty floor, services on offer too, cinema and hotel to open soon. Obviously extremely busy with tourists but is a huge store. Clothing hosts many designers and plenty of places to eat from the casual to more formal. It s a must visit when in London

An incredible variety of products with great customer service. I'm reserving a star on the basis that it could be a little better organized in the menswear section (the zoning isn't entirely intuitive).

Exclusive shop with very expensive but high quality goods on Oxford Street. It was open in 1909. It is the second largest shop in the UK after Harrods. On the lowest floor there is cafe with very good coffee and cakes. In The Foodhall I recommend a sandwitch with salted beef.
