Luxury shopping mall with lot of expensive items. In the food area you find almost everything you can even imagine.
Perfect shopping @ London.. You will get what you want.. If you can't.. most likely it's out of stock..lol Popular place to shop in London.. You will see a lot of ppl carrying their flagship yellow paper bag with " Selfriges" on it..
These salt beef sandwiches are to die for. My preference is for the pastrami, and with a gherkin on the side. Expensive for a sandwich, and you won't know why until you try one. Try the Reuben - based on the New York sandwich, but presented in a bit more fancy way than in NY. You won't leave hungry, thats for sure!
An epic shopping experience - top shelf with Harrods and Fred segal
The store is clean, which is madness considering how many people are shopping here. However I feel like the staff can't help you when you're lost and the signage just isn't good enough as there are no advertisements around the store to tell you where brands are. Makes sense as they are init to make money from the brands that are selling there but it not only sucks for the brands selling here but it sucks for us as consumers. It's annoying. Other than that, Selfridge's is a store manned well and you do get what you pay for I guess when shopping here.
Something for everyone, just browsing or fancy a coffee, or looking for a special gift you will always find it here.

An expensive store for a middle class, however a range of products can be found which are distributed over different sections in a huge area with restaurants to heal your appetites.

I came here as younger child and fell ill when I was here. The staff refused to offer us bags to help me and were going to make us pay for something to obtain a bag.

Rather expensive than other stores for same product
Been going here for 66 years. My mother used to visit here. My grandmother worked in haberdashary before WW1. And the best father's Xmas ever my children and grandchildren have also been here... God that's 5 generations. Keep up the good work.

Great high-end department store with all the best luxury brands. But slightly edged out by harrods
Bought earrings which were faulty and fell lose constantly- tried to raise a query to have them replaced and the customer services refuse to help. Ignoring emails of now complaints and request for contact from managers. Customer service is shocking. Once they have your money, they don't care. I won't be returning for any items.
Store itself was ok, toilets however were blocked and a few out of order toilets, was not pleased with the cleanliness.

Amazing experience. Items are more costly than outside however the food court is very nice and reasonably priced.

Selfridge's has everything in one place, shopping, eating, technology in the lower ground floor, restaurant of different regions and the tax free claim section and it has a prayer room beside the tax free section.
A store that holds EVERYTHING!!!! you cant despair here,you will find somthing for everyone at selfridges.

Alot has changed with Selfridges over the years. Not my favorite department store but still worth a visit. Customer service can be a hit or miss.

Some workers are very snobbish. However the majority are polite and courteous.
Exept the expensive prices the place is clean and well organized with good qualified items
Go for the gadgets and kitchen toys in the basement, stay for the food hall.
Witnessed some really good bargains in the New Year sales, ahowever these rates where still way beyond our budget, back to M&S and living in the real world !!
