Mega fashion forward department store with a fun, energetic vibe. Particularly love the food hall - great selection of gourmet food around the world and uk!

I needed one thing and I was desperately short of time. I went to the Info Desk and asked for the department that I knew sold the thing I needed. They looked at me as if they had never heard of it. When I finally got there, there was one member of staff trying to look after several departments as well as manning the till.

High-end shopping precinct good quality stuff and superb services

Smells of perfume. Often very busy inside especially on the first floor with all of the makeup but good customer service and products.

One of the biggest department stores in the heart of central London. You can find any clothing, electronics, cosmetic, furniture brand you want and more.

Such a massive department store! Many great food options. The cafeteria on the top floor had a lot of good food.

Had everything you want on a tremendously disorganised layout. Hate the reek of perfume that attacks you when you enter the store. Dislike clothing being displayed by brand. I wanted a hat and socks. I was asked what brand? Who knows hat and socks brands. Went elsewhere. Although the food floor is still great.

Beautiful new Duke street side. What a shame the pharmacy is a dump in there.. They had 1 member of staff flirting for 25min with a female customer whilst the pharmacists sitting inside on his backside hiding. Poor service

It is like you have entered into another dimension of universe. It houses the brands you are familiar as well as few whose only name you have heard of. I went here during christmas time and the decoration and theme they had was amazing.!!! Floors of quality goods, anything from a saucer to suit, tumbler to table, anything you want, it's impossible you won't find here. One of the best high-end department stores I have visited in London :)

No baby feeding room.Even you can feedyour baby in the changing room, its smells and unclean.Some stuffs are very warm welcome.Most of them are not and unpatinence.

Good shop. Always nice to look at what you can't afford then buy the bits you can afford.

Terrible customer service for online shopping. Half of the goods I ordered went missing and nothing was done to resolve this despite me complaining multiple times. Extremely poor service.

I heard they started stocking Fiocco Nero shoes...but didn't have it when i was there. Anyone know where I can find it?

Great department store but often gets so busy you have to wait a while before getting served / getting help. Very very busy during Christmas and weekends!

Huge department store with a large selection of generally high end products from designers. The main floor is where all the extravagance is, but above and below there's a good mix of products from electronics to tea. Found a number of things here are were hard to find elsewhere. Definitely worth a visit if nothing else.

This place welcomes everyone and is just great to spend time within.

Cocktails let it down; we tried 3 different cocktails. All were very strange combinations that didn't work.

Great place for nearly everything you need except finding it can be a bit difficult. There's no map which tells you where each store is either so you must ask staff which is still confusing at times. In such a large place there should be a map available.

Marvellous store - don't miss the window displays - but sadly SO overcrowded that it is no longer a place wortg visiting on a Saturday. The place felt tired and rather grubby. That said the staff are wonderful and somehow manage to stay friendly and helpful in spite of the human tide. Food court on the 4th floor: Food very mediocre and quite expensive even by London standards. Ended up at the big M&S over the road to escape - clean, relatively empty and good value!

Lovely store with friendly staff, very expensive but worth it.

I could easily spend a week in this store! So much to choose from and some very different styles to the high street shops even though the ladies shoe gallery does have high street brands. The shoe gallery is a must visit for any female. You can have a glass of champagne, some food and shop, all under one roof. The make up counters get very busy so make an appointment if you would like a makeover. The staff in Dior were lovely, I wasn't sure if the experience would be the same or as close as to their flagship store on New Bond Street, I was pleasantly surprised. This is a great shop.

Great selection of designer brands to choose from. However alot of the prices are very high.

Oh this building is beautiful. What a gem. But inside crazy is the operative word. You are assaulted by the excess of perfume as soon as you walk in and then it is just a labyrinth. Almost as if designed to ever let you out.

You will be able to get whatever you want in Selfridges. Nice display and very clear directory. Only little minus will be the sales are all very busy and occupied all the time, make sure you have enough time to do your shopping!

I Went into Louis Vuitton in Selfridges and was blown away with the wonderful service I received. The sales man was very polite and attentive. I was made to feel like I was the only customer in the shop that morning. I would say just for the experience what a wonderful place to go. Keep up the good work.

What can I say? This place oozes with style and panache! Every time I visit here there's always something new to see, the store is so huge it's on another level. Its not necessary to make a purchase go as a window shopper and you will be greeted with the same warm welcome as an avid shopper.
I recommend all tourists to go to Harrods! You won't be disappointed.
