Ms. ELLY from the women s department in Selfridges (philipp plein) is the most kindest, most helpful, sweetest customer service o have ever come across from going to Selfridges, I ve never felt so welcome and heavily helped like she has, she gave me the best experience since coming to Selfridges, very kind lady, Selfridges need to give her a pay raise or higher role in there, thank you Ms. ELLY for being so kind and helpful.
What more can be said? Even after many years. They are still at the top in terms shopping experience.
It's got every high end thing you can imagine, especially in fashon
Elevator situation for such a large/well known store is dreadful
High quality goods from London's beat department store.
Is what is says on the tin, but why is the purfume section as you walk in. Still.
Great selection of designer brands and luxury goods. Very expensive so make sure you take lots of cash
You can get lost. It's huge, but a delight to visit.
A very large department store. Well decorated for Christmas. A little hard to navigate but staff very helpful.
Staff were very helpful. Welcoming atmosphere. Not at all stuffy.
this is my most favourite store in the whole entire world.
Incredibly huge and luxurious. Super high end with top notch service.
Fine place to shop, feel free factor, units has best ranges of quality product, food store great, it's calm as normal and the floor customer officers are very professional in ensuring that everyone feels welcomed.
Glorious indeed! Wouldn't be left so easily! I like it better than Harrods.
If you have lots if cash it's for you! Worth a visit to watch the rich out shopping lol
Incredible place to spend on wonderful objects of desire
Disappointed in the home departments choices, was surprised that homeware was non existent
Been going there now for the past 30 years. Always feel welcomed. Mens design department is cool. Expensive though. But it is high fashion, what do you expect
Staff were rude and were more interested in their phones than actually helping people
An institution. And love the Salt Beef Sandwich Bar!
A shopping experience as it should be! Especially during Christmas. The food halls on the bottom and top floors have excellent choices at reasonable prices.
Busy, very touristy, and if you can afford to do your weekly shop there, it's unlikely your the kind of person who is ever going to read any of this
Out of this world, you have to be rich to buy from here but it's an amazing experience to walk around it
I like to take my makeup from them and differentiate the price from us in Saudi Arabia as well as the perfumes
Amazing store! Try the salt beef sandwich in the food store.
A very upscale department store that sells almost anything you could ever dream of. Quality of the products on sale are mostly excellent. Also, there are many different brands to choose from. Had a hard time deciding what to buy with my limited budget but ended up getting some chocolates and tea leaves. I highly recommend that you give this place a visit.
If for some bizarre reason you ever imagined what it d be like to go shopping in Omar, or Dubai, or Qatar, then this is the experience for you. It s where excessive wealth meets zero taste and has 6 children (who will become obese, but wear Gucci tracksuits!).
It s my favorite place to go I prefer to shop in selfridges rather than other departments
Superb store. Brasserie of light is spectacular and well worth a visit.
Large department stores with designer clothing. That's all the is too it
Expensive place, my Canadian dollar wouldn't get far there, but fun to walk around to different departments and window shop.
Never quite as good as I want it to be. Smaller menswear selection compared to Harrods and no where near as good as the Parisian equivalents.
A huge shop right in Oxford street. Great for buying high end perfume, makeup, clothes, bags etc.
Lots of classy items and food, mostly uncommon and rare quality items and large range of purfume
One of the finest department shops in the world. More reasonable than Harrods with great cloths and food options.
The greatest shop in the world. To walk round is to experience true joy. The shoe dept and the kitchen wares are a dream! My favourite place in London by far!
Bought presents for newborn twins, gift wrapped and sent directly to them. One baby received a present and second baby nothing as Selfridges decided to replace baby s present with concealer for new mum. I found it embarrassing and poor. Selfridges agreed to correct the order only if I send the concealer back so I m left without a pressie for second baby as feel too embarrassed to ask for the concealer back. Do not recommend this store.
Amazing store with something for everyone. The bubble tea upstairs is amazing!! The pizza was delicious and everything else in the store was amazing.
Lovely place ..very big ..needs a day to really finish it ..i recommend to visit the technology floor
The place for luxury products and for great sales especially during Christmas.
Incredible place with a long standing history. Did you know that Selfridges came up with the idea of allocating the perfume department in the main entrance, so customer will be instantly hit with the smells and be attracted to look. Today I visited Aoyama Flower Market and got one of their Valentine's roses.
Have nothing but good things to say. Great customer service.
great department store.... so huge... sells everything you need
Amazing place to shop, lots of brands but on the high end of the luxury. Highly recommended for visit
Wonderfully redeveloped. Not as many departments as Harrods - but for fashion it s #1
