We went to the Alto roof top bar (not the restaurant) for drinks. Service was exceptionally slow. Snacks delivered and eaten well before our drinks order arrived. There is absolutely no shade so do bear that in mind when considering your roof top bar options.
Lovely Shopping Centre. Bought my Apple Watch from here. Absolutely recommend it for everyone, and you don't have to be Posh or rich to go there! Security Guard opens the door for you. Very kind and helpful.
Always wanted to come here and it is the lovely place in London. It is not most expensive as we think before. Sooo many ladies fashion but not so good for our husbank kakaka
Headed straight to the shoe section of course. Service was fast and friendly although she was rushed off her feet as on her own in the main section.
Headed to Christian Laboutin where again, the service was impeccable. I was served by Khurrum who helped me purchase yet another pair of CL's.
No stars! Customer service is a disgrace! Rude, arrogant pigs! The manager of Louis Vuitton who I think was called Claire spoke down to me like I was something she had walked in! My 16 year old daughter who had saved up for a purse, which is now damaged although she has only used it 3 times wanted a refund. My poor daughter went there 3 times to ask for one and was spoken to the with such disrespect. I met her on the last attempt! Dont buy anything from there, you won't be able to get a refund. Oxford Street and Bond Street LV is a JOKE!!!!!!
Avoid in the days up to christmas, it was bedlam in there!
Rude staff (especially on Huda Beauty counter). Never going to the Oxford Street branch again.
Great department store. Definitely one of the best in the world just for its vast selection of luxury to streetwear brands. Love the new pop-up area within the corner of the store always excited to see what's there weekly and also within other departments. Has bit of everything inside from food hall, cafes, bed linen, luggage etc. But not in a tacky department store kind of way. Just supercool and great brands. Can't fault it.
Historic super store in London, nice views from windows, if you have the time go and visit!
An incredible Champagne afternoon tea sat under beautiful art. Seating is exceptionally close to your neighbour so not the easiest to manoeuvre.
Whenever I visit London with my Mrs, we always visit Selfridges for it's great food, and wide selection of products and services. I have never been disappointed at this place.
At Dior perfumes section, very professional sale assistant!!! Knows everything about the great perfumes of Dior!!!!! Congratulations
Poor experience very disappointed with the girl in the Christmas department purchase some Christmas decorations and when we had pay for them I had to ask for them to be wrapped because they were breakable and she was not please that she had to wrap them
What's not to love about Selfridges?! A beautiful store full of beautiful and tasty things! I must confess I am heartbroken that they no longer stock Leonidas chocolates, but still they have a good range of chocolate and everything and anything you can think of. perfect place to find a present, shop, eat, drink, etc. They have a complete range of make up counters and plenty of shop assistants to help. Bathrooms are spotless too. One of my favourite stores in London.
Iconic, historic department store with a modern look. Definitely worth a bit of leisure time in there just as Harry Selfridge planned. Don't forget to check out the food hall.
Great selection of brands and really helpful and friendly staff!
Without exaggeration the worst and most stressful customer service. Ordered online, returned, as the item sent was incorrect, yet no refund and they are keeping the item!!! This is daylight robbery!
Selfridge's is considered one of those "must visit" places in London, and it's definitely worth checking out if shopping is your thing, but when all is said and done, it's only really a very big, rather posh retail store. Sure, it has a few nice restaurants and bars to enjoy, but unless you live for the idea of spending a fortune on fashion, jewelry and other high end goods, it's a bit of a wasted trip
As I am very choosy this is the place where I get my fav brands. Nice and friendly staff always happy to help
Probably one of the fanciest department stores you can shop at. Good musical accompaniment weirdly enough, but be prepared to spend alot.
Selfridges is like Hogwarts. If it's not magically making the contents of your wallet disappear it's sending you through a perplexing maze of uniquely styled rooms.
pretty good selections. Sad Serge lutens had moved.
I was looked after like a prince i loved it and will be back soon with you shannon
An endless supply of retail therapy with every brand you could imagine. I love Godivas strawberries in chocolate!
Gone very down hill... full of students who don't know their product
This is an iconing shopping mall world famous for the products selection.
Wide variety of shops, friendly & knowledgeable staff in all the shops I visited
First time visitor to The Brass Rail in Selfridges. Wonderful staff who are very helpful in accomodating of special dietary needs. Being gluten free I opted for the chicken salad. A very generous portion arrived and was as delicious as it looked with various salad ingredients I should use at home. Definitely worth a visit hence five star rating :^)
Amazing department store for shopping and sometimes they have exclusive items in different brands such as Valentino
Beautiful shop, lovely layout...so blooming expensive though but worth the visit
It's exuberance, it's art, it's excess an it's very special. Love Selfridges, the breadth of choice an the people you see there. I've never been anywhere like it and my Mrs adores the shoe galleries.
It's a special part of London and I hope, always will be. There's a pro-doggy approach (so long as they're held) and they bend over backwards on service.
My only advice - avoid peak times as it can be frustratingly busy.
Check out Aubaine in Selfridges amazing french inspired food but a bit pricey but totally worth it!
Inside Samsung shop Where I bought new samsung Galaxy 9+ and case with half price.
Selfridges at Anytime is an amazing experience. At Christmas-time it s the most important Department Store to visit in London, for it s World famous Food Hall and Window displays. A real Treat inside and Out.
A highlight of going to London. Lots of designer clothes and not as expensive as you would think.
I worked there and I had also good moments in that lovely enviroment
Not too busy. Security staff helpful guides. Food hall a bit chaotic. More signage needed.
Selfridges, to be honest I don t no why people go there. They don t bother anymore because they don t need it. The consumer hungry are handled without class as in any HM shop. Mass not class! The founding family would turn in their graves they could see this.
Just an iconic shop full of stuff that you can't find anywhere else.
Amazing department store but not quite as magical as Harrod's, Liberty's, or Fortnum and Mason.
The place to be for your luxury items. U can get ur cash VAT refund in the shop!
Great set up for Christmas. Rock and Roll theme really worked
Very nice. Very nice employes and always with a smile.
