I was very disaapointed in my experience with Select Search Consultants! I interviewed with Christie back in June. Of course she brought me in for about 10 minutes, and than said they had nothing available at that time, but she would let me know when they did. Within a few weeks I saw multiple jobs postings from them, and started applying. I was even approached by another recruiter with select search, after reviewing my resume. I let her know I already interviewed with Christie, and would reach out to her directly. She set up a phone call, which she forgot to "grab my number before leaving the office." So I had to follow up 30 minutes later, and all she kept saying was that they should see plenty of openings in November, that's their busy time, so wait until then. Overall I would not recommend, but maybe I just had a bad experience with a certain recruiter. I have been treated much better, and had a lot more follow up with other recruiting firms during my job search.

I got Christie King as a recruiter. I went in on June 2018 for an interview and to talk about what I was looking for. I was happy about how our interview ended because she was very engaging and seemed excited to help me find something. However after the initial meeting she did not contact me again except for once. Other than that it was me emailing to touch base and always getting a general "nothing right now" response. It is now the end of March. Almost a year later and to only have her send me 1 job posting and not communication with me at all unless I email her is ridiculous. I don't feel like she put any effort at all in my profile or trying to help me.

I've been registered with them since 2008. Phone calls, emails, and visits there = no follow up or work given to me from their end no matter how hard I tried to reach them. I thought they were there to help people. It's been me trying to forge a relationship that was never there because they did not help me with anything. I wasted many years with them trying to reach them hoping they would help me. I do not recommend this business.
