I have truly enjoyed using Select Search Consultants to assist me in my job search. For those of you who don't know, it is a boutique recruiting firm with a truly intentional/personalized approach to guiding both their clients and applicants through finding the ideal fit.

Select Search Consultants really went above and beyond to exude a level of professionalism and attentions to detail I didn't even know was possible. I was always presented with detailed information on the open position and the expectations prior to being presented for a role. It allowed me to be the best version of myself in front of my future employers and I am so grateful for that. Furthermore, the team (specifically Nellie) went above and beyond to provide me with insight after the interview was completed. To be honest, the "after interview downloading," was a tier of service I didn't even know existed till I worked with this company.

In an industry where there are hundreds of recruiting agencies, there has to be a difference in the level of service provided. I'm glad Select Search's mission statement underlines the importance of details and actually listening in a saturated unemployment economy. I am encouraged by that effort and welcome the excellence the whole team brought to me in my transition.
