I met Christie, Valerie and the rest of the recruiters at Select Search almost a year ago to the day. I had just moved from California and every recruiter that I'd met up to that point had given me little to no time because of the lack of experience that I'd had in TX. My case was a challenge for any recruiter. I knew I was an exceptional catch in the job market, but I was beginning to feel dispair and lots of anxiety that I wasn't getting as many interviews as I wanted with other firms. Then I met Christie and she was a GODSEND. Not only did she sit with me for an hour to honestly discuss my strong points and the challenges that I might experience in finding a job, in two weeks under Christie's guidance, I had three interviews with AMAZING companies. Before the month was up, she landed me a dream job! Better than what I expected. I recommend Christie and Valerie not only for their professionalism, superior service and timeliness; I recommend them because they treated me as a valued person and not just another recruit. I am now proud to call them friends and not just the recruiters that got me my job.
