I was very disaapointed in my experience with Select Search Consultants! I interviewed with Christie back in June. Of course she brought me in for about 10 minutes, and than said they had nothing available at that time, but she would let me know when they did. Within a few weeks I saw multiple jobs postings from them, and started applying. I was even approached by another recruiter with select search, after reviewing my resume. I let her know I already interviewed with Christie, and would reach out to her directly. She set up a phone call, which she forgot to "grab my number before leaving the office." So I had to follow up 30 minutes later, and all she kept saying was that they should see plenty of openings in November, that's their busy time, so wait until then. Overall I would not recommend, but maybe I just had a bad experience with a certain recruiter. I have been treated much better, and had a lot more follow up with other recruiting firms during my job search.
