I bought a Qashqai + 2 here. Was for sale for 15,400. However, it appeared to have some defects (asterisks in the windscreen, seat heating did not work, dent in the rear bumper, rust, quite a lot of scratches, major overdue maintenance). Therefore offered 14,800. Seller had little knowledge of the matter. Came with a story that the car was accidentally priced incorrectly. They had done leather repairs and would have forgotten to include this in the price. However, he could not see how much the repair had cost (accountant had already gone home). That is why he could now give it to him for 15,250, or I had to wait a day and then he would see if the price could go down a little. The latter done. Called next day, the minimum price was suddenly 15,400. I became angry because he let me drive up and down for more than five quarters of an hour, hoping that some more could be deducted from the price, while it then suddenly became higher. With difficulty I was able to pick it up for 15,250.
Afterwards it turned out that two seat belt reminders do not work (so I cannot see if the children are wearing their seat belts in the back), the jack and socket wrench to remove the wheels turned out to be missing, the luggage compartment cover screen was also missing and there were blanks seats still have holes in the leather, even though this would have been repaired.
Of course I could have observed all of this in theory, but there are so many things to look out for that it's almost impossible to overlook anything.
Thought they might have removed the luggage compartment cover while cleaning the car, so I still asked, but Seldenrijk does not respond at all.
Furthermore, in itself a good car (so far) for a reasonable price, but their customer service / treatment is totally unsatisfactory.
You can get a car here, but I would recommend a purchase inspection and therefore do not expect much service!
I was able to score a nice VW Gti from 2010 after a month before I found a BMW 5 series a bit less good to drive.
Helped by Jan Jaap who has a lot of knowledge and is not pushy. Pleasant customer-oriented seller!

Rarely experienced such a poorly organized company. After 2 viewings made an appointment to test drive a bmw 640i and audi S5. On arrival it turned out that they were only aware of the BMW. After waiting 45 minutes we were told that they couldn't get the BMW started. The BMW was still in the showroom. So without a test drive back home and girlfriend angry because she had taken time off for nothing.
Apparently nobody prepares anything for that and there is no mutual communication. Too big a company where the customer is a number, very impersonal, bad sellers. I will spend my 30,000 elsewhere because Seldenrijk is an unreliable company!
'Selden' experienced such a service. When driving off after having just bought a car in August, I just noticed a rattle at the bottom (BMW-1 2016). "No problem", just call if you have time. Now, in October I took the car away, borrowed the car and the car was repaired after 3 days (was more than a rattle) and washed and with a 'goodbye' from Jan Jaap.

During my search for a new old car I came across quite a few bad things, but here I was helped extremely professionally. Although I came for a budget car, I was treated like any other customer with a larger wallet. The seller had angels patience and ran the car neatly with me. When I reported that a noise was coming from the wheel arch, he went to investigate it himself by driving along. And that while it was almost closing time. There was transparent communication about the condition of the car and it was repaired at no extra cost. When I came to pick up the car, it was nicely polished on the inside with a strong smelling agent and I was able to take it on the road immediately.

I totally agree with Jurgen my father bought a BMW E90 year 2007 with low mileage what turned out valve seals had to be replaced well long story short on car quickly away we drove home this is not even a week after the purchase since my father with he retired he did not drive long distances yet, in the middle of the car we quickly got away horns behind us what turned out blue smoke from the exhaust, the next day Auto Trust called quotation emailed from BMW in Waardenburg 1700 was indicated that we should go to Gijsbertsen since this was a certified garage well made an agreement for the amount of 1100 my father had to pay +/- 240 well paid with the hope that it would be the last issue

Never buy a car here. Seller lies all together to be able to sell you that one car .. we have bought a car here it turns out that the car does not start after one week, the battery appears to have been called broken mailed but no leniency. The car also appears to have had major damage, while we were not told this. But after three months of driving the rear tire turned out to be worn because the car was not properly aligned after the damage. And tell the seller that there has never been any damage and that a new timing belt has been installed. We also asked for a test drive but that was only possible within the fence .... Mainly fast sales, friendly sellers but actually too little staff for the customers who were present. We went in for 4.5 hours, everything took a long time. (despite the fact that we had made an appointment there was no one who could help us immediately) Negotiating happens in an open space, feels a bit crazy. And we are expressly asked if we were serious because otherwise it would be very difficult to pick up the car (this was between many other cars, this also took at least 30/40 minutes) there are beautiful cars, little negotiation space but we went home successfully. Cars are the way they are and that's how they go, not all of them as neat as the pictures seem. Great company but a number of development points can certainly be achieved.

October 25, 2018 bought a lemon Cactus from 2015 and traded my renault scenic from 2004 here at Seldenrijk.
After reading all the negative reviews here I was not really happy to buy a car here.
They had the car I was looking for in the correct color setup so anyway called if they still had this car.
Very friendly on the phone because I could come right for a test drive enzenz.
Once arrived from Apeldoorn very friendly received and could go straight to the coffee maker and then in the showroom look at all the beauty. There I suddenly saw by the name and stuff that I have ever bought a car in the past. This was still in their old building and I had no bad experiences with that either. Jan the seller has helped me super. Could the car at ease to see how long I wanted and even got something back for my car because it was actually nothing worth it anymore. At Vaartland cars they did not even want to trade it in for example. I was neatly sent a new mattenset the next day, the same day could go to a tire farmer a km away where I got 4 new tires, 6 months autotrust warranty on the engine gearbox and bodywork, (you could extend this if you paid for it) bottle of wine And half a liter of specialty beer. Ride back to apeldoorn was real and a joy to drive around in this car. Tank of the car was still full of diesel for more than half, so it did not have to go straight to a gas station. There were of course here and there some things on the car as the jack was gone and a scratch on the bumper. Could just imagine my jack set from my renault was not a problem. So do not get the negative reactions here. Of course there can always be something with a car, they are not new cars. Do not find it fair to this company that someone buys a 2nd hand car for 5000 euros and then after 6 months it will start to complain that the brake pads are! 5000 euros is a lot of money do not understand me wrong but for a car is not so. Had contact with this company i.v.m. Volvo V40 diesel. Contact was very difficult, first being hung up, then I get a tape that they are not available. Bad garage. Came to look for a Fabia. It turned out to be another problem and a blank maintenance history. The belt should also have been replaced 50,000 km ago. And short MOT. Recently made an appointment to view a VW Golf from 2011. Of course I knew it was a used car. But the condition of the car's interior was really sad. A huge smoke smell in the car and in addition everywhere burns, stains and other misery. You can live with that if the price is adjusted accordingly, but that was not the case at all. Well treated by employees only the car I came for had quite a few broken things that were NOT mentioned in the advertisement disappointing ..
Called to come and see a car. Upon arrival neatly received and the car was beautifully polished ready to view. Here we could take plenty of time. Then of course no problem to make a test drive. We decided to buy, so the car was put directly on name and we could drive away with it!
On the way home we unfortunately found out that 1 of the xenon lights went on / off randomly. 2 days later before (I thought there was a plug loose). Then got the message that the lamp was almost at the end of his life (the other lamp had already been replaced once). Because I had bought the car so recently, I got the new lamp from them! Top service!

In early 2017 bought a car from seldenrijk.
Now looking for a new one and companies do not want to trade in the car because the car was rejected by the rdw on import to the Netherlands. This was NOT told to me at sale by seldenrijk. In 16 months I paid 2700 euros in garage costs. At seldenrijk they call this "maintenance costs".
Car bought for 5800 euros.
Returned to Seldenrijk by car and presented the story. Actually don't want anything with it. They want to give back 2900 euros in return. That is indeed half less than what I bought it for 16 months ago.
A SHAME if you ask me.
So be careful with this company. Because they don't tell you all the details about the sale when it comes to things like this.

Last year we bought a car from here. MOT (check-up) was two months old. A week later I wanted to take the car to France to my girlfriend. So I thought with myself just to be sure to make a check up on it. I was almost scared to dead with all the things that they found was wrong with it. After having had good contact via the mail, we made an appointment to look for an Audi A3 from 2013. Arrived we were received nicely and were able to view the car from inside and outside with ease. Looking at the bridge was no problem at all. With the test drive everything is fine, in short, good, neat and honest car.
Handling also everything neatly gone. We agreed on the price and arranged all necessary matters.
Only downside for me is that the "consultation" about the car and the price in the corner was what the waiting area was. The payment was in one loft where 8 people were working. Mi. very impersonal and that could be much better! A number of shielded desks would already solve this.
Besides that everything was fine! The above is the reason for the 4 stars.

Extremely bad service. Bought car after a relatively short test drive, drove a short 20 km drive to the company where I work and the car no longer starts. Dynamo broken, immediately called and it is immediately said 'warranty to the fence'. Unfortunately, Dutch law does not work that way, and no one is going to believe that these 'toppers' were not aware that the alternator was defective.

Garage company which has beautiful sellers and owner, here you can buy "a cat in the bag". Everything is not told and the car is deliberately sold without warranty, then the car turns out to have really big defects. Trying to get a solution for this. We only went there for trade-in, and we got exactly what they had offered. Fast professional handling. Be sure to visit it again for a car purchase, because they look great. If you do not know about cars yourself, just do a purchase inspection.
My boyfriend and I were really exciting to buy our first car together (always a big step up :)), but we had a nightmare came true by going to this shop.
We found a cheap occasion car (too cheap for being real), so we asked why it was so cheap.
The salesman told us it was so cheap, because it was a trade-in for another car. After checking the check-up that was made two-months prior to the sale, we decided to buy it. Seldenrijk also said they inspected the car and couldn t find anything wrong with it.
A week later the problem already started. A garage told us the break was DANGEROUS and that we should NOT drive with it, because it was not safe! Nice when we were planning to drive to FRANCE to my mother-country with my PUPPY!
We had to repair it for 1500 euro on a car that we bought for 600!
I know it was cheap, but too expensive for a car which could have KILLED US!

Bought an Audi A6, sales went fine, take the time for you. Trade-in is always too little of course, but given the competitive sales prices it is realistic. Pleasant entry, where you are well received at the reception and referred to the correct car on the site.
It is a large car company, which I personally like, gets plenty of time for the test drive and you can check the car completely calmly. Better than a small company, where the seller tries to justify everything and stands on your fingers to see if even wants to take the test drive! Any defects will be remedied (as far as possible) before delivery.
Minus for me is that they use an external garage (as I understood) to fix the car, in my case this has the disadvantage that I have to wait longer for the result of a possible defect in the car, where eventually the whole purchase depends. Good for customers if this item can be handled faster in the future, so that there is faster clarity. Or better inspect the cars in advance, was an oil leak which should be noticeable.
I have yet to experience the delivery of the vehicle itself, but I assume that this will go to full satisfaction. Doesn't seem like the company that leaves customers out in the cold.
