I totally agree with Jurgen my father bought a BMW E90 year 2007 with low mileage what turned out valve seals had to be replaced well long story short on car quickly away we drove home this is not even a week after the purchase since my father with he retired he did not drive long distances yet, in the middle of the car we quickly got away horns behind us what turned out blue smoke from the exhaust, the next day Auto Trust called quotation emailed from BMW in Waardenburg 1700 was indicated that we should go to Gijsbertsen since this was a certified garage well made an agreement for the amount of 1100 my father had to pay +/- 240 well paid with the hope that it would be the last issue
Then call on 08-09-2019 due to hard tap during insertion to motorway of 3-4 and regularly from 5th link to 6th gear * (automatic) you get directly in the dashboard to see Gear with an exclamation mark, don't be shocked 2000, - informed at Gijsbertse in Odijk and at BMW Dealer in Waardenburg, it appears that the Megatronic Solenoid must be replaced if you have solved the problem.
Exactly 14 days after the current guarantee from Auto Trust I spoke and the problem indicated, however, it was immediately indicated that they can do nothing about it is now out of warranty .. so bad luck

The first repair was neatly carried out on 19-04-2019 with the following km reading on the counter: 143420 the counter is now at 145266

We are standing with our back to the wall, the worst of all I think is that my father has driven less than 1846 km by car and so far in addition to all other maintenance such as Dynamo, * (wrong battery since the purchase ... low voltage ) are now +/- 7950 with a cat in the bag
Really I just get goosebumps that they treat customers that way ... no words for that.

I hope this is solved ...
