Best place ever i have to give it a four because theres hardly no entertainment for the kids they just nagged at me all night to go to the Big jakes The clubhouse so I enjoyed it and I wanna come back soon.
This campsite has a lovely restaurant and a stylish and modern bar, it s convenient and means you don t have to travel far for food and drinks. The campsite is close to other attractions.
Lovely clean caravan park situated in Towyn great access to the beach would recommend to families

I would recommend White House Leisure Park to anyone who is going away on holiday or either just walking along the beach we had a lovely time, I wouldn't recommend being near the road because if a lorry is coming down it rattles the caravan that's including the night, but apart from that lovely service and caravan park! :)

We had a nice couple of weekends here. I don't think the club houses are very child friendly. But overall nice.
Whitehouse leisure park Towyn is a very friendly family park with plenty of room for the kids to play and lots to do
Everyone pleasent and friendly. Just a couple of things need to be looked at... Security at night for the odd van of noisy ones and my van was to close to the club so not slept all week x
Amazing place, great for kids and adults alike. There's play areas for the kids and a great local pub on site as well that has live music, family food and the football

Jakes is the club/restaurant which has great entertainment for all ages and the food is top quality, we boast now that we r opening a new swimming pool which everyone is really looking forward to whitehouse is for me the best camp I have been on .
Great site with beach access and organised kids activities. Great for family holidays. 1 mile from Pensarn station on the main bus route. Just five minutes from A55.
Grounds were nice and tidy, Jakes bar was a but pricey but the food and drink was nice. The site is close to the beach but is difficult for parents with prams as you have to cross a railway bridge.
Friendly and polite staff playroom for the kids and the site is dog friendly and next to the beach

Car parking is a nightmare they need more spaces The facilities are great though. Close to beach wth access via a bridge.
Site is quiet and clean but the facilities it offers are only open as and when they feel like it.
Lovely site only.problem is the WiFi everything else is bob on, Jakes is great, staff pleasant and helpful, office and shop the same can't complain, definitely back next year

Great little caravan park, but half the parking spaces are taken up by caravans that are for sale. This, together with the barrier being out of order, was really inconvenient. The food at Jake's is incredible.

Stayed in a lovely static home nice and clean. Nice site but small clubhouse and seen a few people complain about the food so did not eat here. Not much entertainment either. Went to the neighbouring clubhouse which was better. Would come here again.

Couldnt check in till bang of 4 due to extensive cleaning due to covid. Although as soon as we opened the static door there were crisps and some wrappers on the floor. Bedding was fresh but other than that no cleaning had been done. Children's fingerprints on the tv and fire. Dried weetabix on the coffee table, spills and grit on the kitchen sides. I wrote in the grease of the cooker hood.."not clean!" Also had to check out at 9am for this deep clean to be done... I think someone should check it's done properly as we weren't they only people that commented on the cleanliness

We have a caravan on the site next door, Golden Gate Holiday Centre. We have eaten in the Whitehouse bar, Jakes, on a number of occasions and would highly recommend both the food and entertainment. Jakes bar has been refurbished recently and there is plenty for kids to do.
Whitehouse leisure park has a lovely club/bar, it s Modern stylish and reasonably priced. Close to arcades and has assess to the beach, it s a lovely place to make memories. It s very close to other caravan parks and attractions such as the fair and other arcades.

Been here 18mth no staff have ever been to see if we are gettin on ok or to say hi feels like soon as there got your cash thats it and theres nothin really on site olny litter and rats then you get them movein balconey if front off your caravan for 3weeks and still not moved it real feel like this site is down hill plz spend a week here be4 you by 1 as your no what the sites like then feel like iv been ripped off big time
OK for the short break we had but I think if we had stayed longer would run out of things to do.

Had a fantastic Stay at Whitehouse Towyn :) reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and cheerful. Absolutely loved it. Van rented through easylet. Highly recommended for caravan lettings with great customer service and the caravan was absolutely spotless. Thanks Guys. See you all again soon.
Able to rent a caravan on this site at a reasonable cost. Lacks a swimming pool but a good beach is nearby. Good restaurant and bar on site (Jakes). Car parking facilities are insufficient as in many cases you are unable to park next to your caravan. Owner use valuable car parking spaces to house caravans for sale. Biggest concern is lack of security. On our final night after midnight we were awoken by people swearing and fighting. This went on for up to a hour before police arrived. Will certainly not be staying here again.

PAULINE GRIFFITHS DM02 we have been on this park now for a few years it s been the best park we have been on it has easy access to the beach fab stuff to do for the kids and the club is great the entertainment is for all the family and the food is excellent , the park is always clean and tidy and the staff are really friendly.
