The people here are sincerely some of the nicest people I've met. Personal attentive service, great listeners, and they do their best to source coupons and vouchers to make medications as affordable as possible. The pharmacy is tucked into the corner of a large building, so it's hard to notice from the street, but it's worth the effort.
My husband has been going there to get his prescriptions for a year. His last visit in there to pick up, the owner caused a scene with an employee asking why were they filling his prescriptions if they were not making any money off of it (in front of him). It made him feel unworthy.

Obviously, we have many choices for a pharmacy. I walked into Towson Health Mart a couple years back, and I truly will not go anywhere else again. I was greeted immediately by the courteous staff, and Mitch (owner) could not have been any more professional, courteous and helpful. To see the owner of the business there taking time to talk to customers and treat them like the old "neighborhood drug store" was refreshing! They have only once not had what I needed on the shelf, and they ordered it and it was in the very next day, so I have had nothing but incredible service there! Thank you Mitch and the entire THM staff for making your place a place we can rely on!
Very helpful and friendly service. You are treated as a person. The have the medicines in store rather than depending on outsourcing the distribution. I switched to them because of they had the medicines on hand when the others did not. I recommend them highly. Love the antique bottles.
Mitch and his staff are the best! Always fast and friendly service. When there was an insurance problem they get it taken care of within a few hours, I will never go elsewhere.

There customer service is phenomenal, they make you feel like your dealing with friends. It reminds me of the way it was when I went to a hardware store as a child with my folks and was treated with hospitality.
