I would like to thank the excellent attention I received from Otilia Alejandra Mazariegos and her team at the Medical Claims Division, who gave me personalized support and follow-up as well as a solution to a claim settlement problem. In the beginning my insurance broker did not manage to give me an effective solution, so I proceeded to escalate my case in G & T directly; with the satisfaction of knowing that in effect there was a practical solution that avoided losing important time to my daily tasks. At least I was super bad, I had to enter my car 3 times to the workshop (I was a month and a half without a car) because they never left it well, and the analysts just like to only eat because they never meet when you call. In the workshop they tell one that the insurance are those that do not send good spare parts or do not give enough budget, but still prefer to leave the vehicles wrong just to get out of step, which seems very unethical. In short super disappointed, I thought they would be good but not at all. 0 customer service, 0 friendliness, 0 solutions, 0 ethical.
