I would like to thank the excellent attention I received from Otilia Alejandra Mazariegos and her team at the Medical Claims Division, who gave me personalized support and follow-up as well as a solution to a claim settlement problem. In the beginning my insurance broker did not manage to give me an effective solution, so I proceeded to escalate my case in G & T directly; with the satisfaction of knowing that in effect there was a practical solution that avoided losing important time to my daily tasks.
