Without a doubt the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I switched to this insurance company last Dec. because their rates were more affordable. After switching and paying in full, they billed me 4 months later for another $200. I ve spent countless hours on hold and finally with an agent trying to straighten things out after receiving cancellation notices for failure to provide documentation. They told me everything was all set. A month later I received a bill for an additional $200. If I don t pay it they will cancel my insurance. It s the old bait and switch maneuver. They promised me a lower premium and I ended up paying more than my old insurance company. Would never recommend them to anyone!
I also blame Geico for putting me with this company.
Great Connecticut insurance broker. Been with them over 15 years and never had anything but first class treatment from the firm s receptionist right up to the owners. Would never think of changing my personal insurance or business insurance. 10 out of 10
a bunch of crooks , they will never pay for any repairs or damages , be aware of this "insurance " company its impossible to get any claims submitted. i had my car hit by one guy who had this insurance company , i had to pay out of my pocket for the repairs , now i have to take the guy to small claims court. make sure you get a lawyer when dealing with these crooks
The people at Security First are Amazing. They speak to us like they were waiting for us to call. Their service is nearly instant. The agency is state of the art,but the agents are old-school. They actually show up and explain our insurance to us in person.PRICELESS.
