Without a doubt the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I switched to this insurance company last Dec. because their rates were more affordable. After switching and paying in full, they billed me 4 months later for another $200. I ve spent countless hours on hold and finally with an agent trying to straighten things out after receiving cancellation notices for failure to provide documentation. They told me everything was all set. A month later I received a bill for an additional $200. If I don t pay it they will cancel my insurance. It s the old bait and switch maneuver. They promised me a lower premium and I ended up paying more than my old insurance company. Would never recommend them to anyone!
I also blame Geico for putting me with this company.
