Usually I do not write the review but this time I am because I got charged unnecessary during closing my home loan 2018. I just refinanced the loan again and found out that INC. robbed/cheated me. I got a loan from this INC via Manoj Bhatia in 2018.I was purchasing a house for the first time and this Manoj guy took full advantage of me in the very competitive Seattle real estate market.In close cost statement there are following charges which supposed not charge plus there is no lender credit included Admin free, document preparation beside other regular fee(Escrow, title fee etc) .Some wording is confusing in closing cost to trick a person like me. One of the items is Loan Discount fee= $3000 meaning this is charged for the discount point however how many discount points 0.20% or 0.25 or 0.30never mentioned ,at the end l I heard from a notary guy/escrow folk about it.
Initially he promised to match the offer the same as Bank of America(interest rate without discount point plus some lender credit) because Manoj knew I have to close the loan in 30 days due to the competitive real estate market.
Every time I ask something to change in loan Manoj is always indirectly threatening me won t possible to close loan within 30days due to very competitive real estate market buyer agreed close loan within 30 days when putting to offer to buy house.
