This review is for the totally unprofessional conduct of Arun (Stanley Mani realty) at secure Mortgage. Been trying to get a refinance through him for months and he keeps giving me the run around. I can't leave messages on his phone line cause mail box is always full. Didn't they teach him how to access his mail? No email response either. He is always out of the office and also don't bother leaving your phone number cause he won't call you back. I gave them all the documents they needed and still excuses after excuses. It didn't take this long when I got a mortgage from them in the first place. Last message I got from him a month ago

We are still working on your file. Investors wanted to revalidate the appraisal report, we are working with the appraisal company on it.

Will let you know once we have it back from the appraisal company.
