Dell's pricing is very reasonable and their array of products is second to none. If you can imagine it, Dell's got it!. Mike has always gone above and beyond to meet our needs. The work has continually been efficient, superb and accurate. He and the staff provide outstanding, customer service and give proficient, excellent and tedious detail to their work. You believe that you are the most important and only customer. He is highly knowledgeable of his craft. Mike is quite helpful and will offer suggestions when necessary, but allows us to determine the final decision. He is respectful and professional. I have called upon Mike and his team at Dell Awards for the past 6 years, every Spring, to create an award plaque for an elected student in my college curriculum. We honor these students at our graduation award ceremony. The plaque is always high quality, created within a few days of the request and delivered in less than 2 weeks. On 1 occasion, there was a misspelling of the student s name, and the turnaround for a new plaque was within a week.
