I have purchased many items on Zulily. Be careful, many inexpensive items are very cheaply made. Even brands names can turn out poor. I recently purchased brand name boots and the zipper broke the first time that I wore them. Customer service is poor and it is difficult to return. In this case, It was over 14 days as the boots were for spring and I couldn't return them. I took the boots to a shoemaker and they showed me they had previously been repaired.
I am not impressed.

Zulily is really awesome! They have crazy competitive pricing, a huge selection of products and distributors and it's all capped off with Amazing customer service. What more can you ask for? Definitely a keeper for me,!

I live in Australia and purchase almost weekly from Zulily. However, I am not happy about the exchange rate Zulily uses. It is 100% higher and that is not fair. The USD is not adjusted correctly to the AUD.

If I could give them a zero I would I ordered an item for Christmas with the quick ship ID and was expected to arrive, we are now the 27th of December with a notification that delivery will be on the 31st, I get the whole delay this year, but when I contacted customer service they would not pay for the return shipping nor would they credit me for having to pay out of pocket.....I use to spend a fair amount of money with Zulily but had several bad customer service experiences...decided to shot elsewhere have looked again to see if maybe they improved and as I suspected that is still not the case, for anyone online shopping I suggest you shop elsewhere my experience with other online stores have been amazing. Zulily would not be the company I would recommend...Most of there items cannot be returned, its a big risk you take....Customer service is not a priority and therefore I would and will shop elsewhere...
Don't spend you hard earned money where they don't deserve it.

I do not know how people are knocking Zulilys customer service. Anything I have emailed to them is always answered promptly, and they go above and beyond helping me every time I m rather new to Zulily and I m now addicted to shopping here! Big part of loving Zulily is excellent customer service!! Of course I love everything I have purchased as well. I highly recommend Zulily to everyone!! A big THANK YOU to customer care! Zulily has made me very happy.

I have been buying from Zulily for almost 10 years...

I have been buying from Zulily for almost 10 years now and have been a loyal customer. I enjoyed receiving the packages even though sometimes it would take a while or wasn't exactly what i thought it would be , the prices were good and sometimes i would get something extra in my box. I even bought a pair of shoes that ended up being to small and no problem they gave me store credit for the full price and they let me keep the shoes which I donated and bought more stuff on their site. My last name changed and i probably had three accounts including one recently, just because i start using a different email and would forget my previous information. I started buying from them again, excited just bought a new house and got a new job so i bought some clothes and was going to start buying stuff for my house but after this last experience with the company i will never buy from them again. I had 4 orders with numerous items. Three of the orders shipped and i received a wrong item in 2 of the orders which happens. I was expecting it to go how the shoe issue went but since it was them who gave me the wrong item i figured they would fix it, i assumed they would just refund me my money and that would be that. I assumed wrong , the first item was the wrong size, i like the shirt so i was fine with just keeping it, they gave me a $5.00 credit and i kept the shirt. Now the second item was a totally different item, i didnt want. My option like the shirt return it for refund or keep and $5.00 credit. I felt like they made the mistake so they should make it right not the other way around. I emailed for both mistakes and i responded pretty much that they should fix the issue since they were the ones in the wrong, i didnt have to return the shoes for store credit. I just started getting automated responses so i called which ended how i hoped with me getting a refund. But it was a complete headache, and the lady on the phone commented that i havent bought much from them which shouldnt matter but i have for almost 10 years but not anymore.

I haved ordered stuff from them since November . I didn't have any problems until February . I got notification from them that my package was its way and was told it was delayed . It was sent back , a representative of the company signes for it and kept my items and billed me for them . They need to be more aware of their employee's and what they are doing so this doesn't happen again.
