It was horrible experience for me and my husband. As we are living in the city, visiting to Korchi in Clayton is not often. Even though there is Korchi in the city, we went to Clayton's for better tasty and food quality rather than the City's. We had tried Korchi foods many times in the City's but it was not good enough as much as Clayton's. We took a train just for the excellent food and just experience horrible customer service and the taste. First of all, there was about 4 tables occupied when we were arrived. 2 people were in serving and no one offered us where to seat. It was fine. They would be busy and we could wait. Finally, we were served to be seated where empty beer bottles, glasses, and used cutleries are left. A serving lady said that she will clean them up in time. Cleaning all of them, we had to keep asking the lady to do because she did not clean them and no one wiped the table. We had to wipe with tissues and water by our own. No one took the order even though it passes quite long time and no cutlery settings even it was not mentioned like 'Self service'. Finally, other people started lining up to the counter for self order(Korchi doesn't require self order service. Serving staff comes to the table to take order) and it looked ridiculous. When a dish was served to us, we found that the serving plate was contaminated by some sticky sauce. It was called 'Tang Su Yuk' which is made as fried pork and served without sauce in the plate. It was disgusting. It was clearly due to incomplete washing. My husband and I complained that and the serving lady told us that she will check in the kitchen and just replaced the plate. Still the food was the same. We were bit angry and unhappy. Really wanted to leave the restaurant but, the food is already served and we decided to take it anyway. When the other food was served, we were totally unhappy with the taste again. It was just spicy but not delicious spicy. We love to eat spicy food but, that was not delicious at all. I don't know how come they serve that sort of food which costs $30. There were too many complaints what I've felt today. Still I cannot believe how a restaurant cannot have a proper system for basic serving. Not only us, other people also had to keep asking of setting cutleries, water, and taking order. All of those situation was hilarious. Funny. We will never visit here again and will never recommend to people to go. Disappointed!!
