If I could give them a zero I would I ordered an item for Christmas with the quick ship ID and was expected to arrive, we are now the 27th of December with a notification that delivery will be on the 31st, I get the whole delay this year, but when I contacted customer service they would not pay for the return shipping nor would they credit me for having to pay out of pocket.....I use to spend a fair amount of money with Zulily but had several bad customer service experiences...decided to shot elsewhere have looked again to see if maybe they improved and as I suspected that is still not the case, for anyone online shopping I suggest you shop elsewhere my experience with other online stores have been amazing. Zulily would not be the company I would recommend...Most of there items cannot be returned, its a big risk you take....Customer service is not a priority and therefore I would and will shop elsewhere...
Don't spend you hard earned money where they don't deserve it.
