Staff is Excellent, Leadership and Friendliness and helpful. Great programs each month for resident and fellowship. I feel enjoy the meals and the care the staff gives to all of us.

I have worked at Brookridge for over 6 years! The IL department staff and residents are like family! The staff always works together to get things done and to provide the upmost best care and quality programs/activities for the residents.

I am now in inpatient rehab and skilled nursing, following major spine surgery. The facility and patient rooms are first class and private. The staff is wonderful and very friendly and caring. I feel blessed that my insurance covered this facility. I don't know of a better place to be.

My brother is here and I frequently visit. I could not have asked for anything better. The people living there are wonderful and friendly and clean. The building is clean and maintained. The staff are the most helpful staff I have found and when you need one of them, they are there in 1 to 3 minutes if they can be. Staff members, even the supervisors are personable and visit rooms. All will help with any need we have. They are all great and I will miss my brother being there when he leaves.

I have been and employee at Brookridge Retirement for going on 24 years. I absolutely love the residents and the families I meet. My coworkers are a awesome staff of people who care about the elderly and their needs. God continues to bless us with a great work staff.!!

Amazing! After a terrible accident, we needed a place for my Father in Law to rehab. We initially had him at Salemtowne where he was allowed to fall out of bed 4 times, they never called us. We went to see him and had to have him transported to the hospital. Salemtowne wanted us to pay them $350 a day to hold the room, after their negligence. We declined and figured we would take our chances elsewhere. That is when a bed at Brookridge became available. What a difference! They were kind, accommodating, and so helpful. We ended up having to return to the hospital due to an infection. Brookridge stepped up to the plate in a big way! They held his room, sent their nurse to the hospital to check on him, and never charged us for that service. WOW! All I can say is that I highly recommend them, the staff is top notch and the administrators are so helpful!

Amazing place. Take great care of the resident needs, the staff goes above and beyond for all the residents. Everyone is so helpful .

My dear mother has Parkinson's and Dementia and she is living on the 7th floor at the Health Care building. The four ladies (CNA's or Med Techs?) are incredible with the patients!! They're sense of humor and caring easy going attitude make me feel so much better when I have to walk out and leave my Mom. And that's hard!

I liked the food here. I like that we have privacy and good friends. We have interesting activities. We have great people living here.
