My family and I have been enthusiastic customers of Seat Harb C.H. for 4 years now. Autozentrum GmbH in Weiz.
Many thanks for this goes to Mr. Stefan Gleichweit, who, both as a salesperson and as a person, pays great attention to the wishes and needs of his customers and always tries to find the perfect solution. This personal relationship of trust and the excellent advice from Mr. Stefan Gleichweit is the reason that 5 vehicles from Seat Harb GmbH have already passed into my family and there are sure to be even more in the future.
I was also very fortunate to have Mr. Stefan Gleichweit as a consultant for my first vehicle. With his support, I was able to find the perfect vehicle for me, a Seat Leon FR. Of course, I was given the opportunity to take a test drive to get to know the vehicle, for which I am very grateful.
It should also be mentioned that Seat Harb offers an excellent service. Free drinks, a beautiful, modern ambience and hundreds of Seat vehicles make the overall experience perfect.
Various events, such as the tire change days, where test drives with the new CUPRA models are also a very special highlight.

Seat Alhambra 1.4 petrol, top consumption, with a tank of between 1000 and 1200 km. Just drive with a little common sense. Have had the vehicle since January 2018 and have driven 75,000 km so far. We are super satisfied, we were diesel drivers before.

I (Dominik Gruber) bought a new car from Mr. Stefan Gleichweit. Since my car had delivery delay, Mr Gleichweit has provided me with a replacement vehicle immediately for this period until my car was delivered. I was very happy with the caring and would buy a car from him at any time.
I would like to thank all employees and especially Stefan. Thank you for your top service and the supa advice.

Well ....
Despite previous repeated contact with a seller via email and details of the equipment, the way was absolutely "free", because there was not a single vehicle according to the criteria in stock.
As discussed, I called the seller on the way to Weiz and announced my arrival at 11.45. His answer was that it would be 12 o'clock on the bus at 1 pm, if I could come in the afternoon ...
Only when asked if he wanted to sell something or not, the appointment was suddenly in order.
The way was unfortunately still in vain, as described above, contrary to the announcement no only approximately matching vehicle was available.
Conclusion and tips to the management, employees please train to the extent that emails please also "sinnerfassend" read ....

Very competent advice and a large selection of offers.

We were welcomed by Mr. Lammer was very well looked after from the first visit to the dealership until we picked up our new car. After an initial discussion, we were immediately given several options for a test drive. After we had decided on a model, the very courteous offer was explained to us in detail and the questions that arose afterwards were always answered very friendly. We are very satisfied with our (now former) demonstration car and would recommend the Harb car dealership and especially Mr. Recommend Lammer again and again.

I picked up my car there (new car) at the end of September and said during the last conversation that the car should NOT be washed, this was also noted on the note by the dealer. Then 1 month later I picked up the car and lo and behold, the car was washed through their car wash, which means that the car had scratches everywhere and some were even quite large. It was then only deducted 160 because the "preparation" would cost so much. Then when I wanted to start the car I couldn't because the battery was empty. I then had to get help from Mr. Lammer, although they had known for a month exactly when I would pick up the car, they were not able to load the battery.

Conclusion: selection and advice good but service and implementation of customer requests catastrophic ...

We came without an appointment, were welcomed very warmly and within ten minutes we had a car to test drive while our car was checked for repurchase!
After that, you calmly took your time to prepare an offer (although shortly before noon)
All in all great and our new car is coming soon.

Great offer for a new car and bought ... afterwards arranged appointment with the seller to pick up. We have postponed this appointment so that, as he said, he can hand over the car to us personally. Ok, we thought no problem. When picking up the car, two weeks later because of his request, he wasn't even that hello !? He was busy with another customer !!
My conclusion price performance very good .... personal care more than expandable if I want to put it mildly!

I have already bought the second car from Seat Harb and am thrilled !! Friendly and very competent staff, everything was explained to me exactly and help with the settings (even the cell phone was connected immediately), I didn't have to worry about anything !! The boss himself came to us and wished us a good trip.
I didn't have to wait long for all the appointments. For example, I called on a Friday at the end of October for an appointment to change tires - on Saturday I could already come! Every time the car is in the workshop, I get it back freshly washed!

All in all PERFECT !! Clear recommendation !!

Very uncoordinated employees

I bought a used car there and it was agreed that everything would be done. Service and oil change! Was unfortunately not the case when picking up! An appointment was then suggested to me and I agreed in writing that I would wait for the car. After almost 3 hours I went back and the car was still where I put it! After asking what is now with my car, I was told that I can only pick it up at 5pm! After I insisted that you should at least change the oil in my car, I got a new appointment for the rest of the work! As compensation, they offered me a replacement car for the next time! They suggested a very big one for me so that I had space but unfortunately that also went wrong! It was a small car when it was made out! I only heard very good things about Seat Harb but it was very exhausting. I hope that will be better in the future otherwise you will not only lose me as a customer!

I was due to a recommendation of a friend for the first time at the company SEAT Harb. I immediately got an appointment for a service. I was received very nice and I was also offered a rental car for a special price. I was allowed to test drive the latest Seat Ateca. The selection of stored vehicles is huge. I would like to change my vehicle in the next few months, given the wide choice it will not be difficult to find the right vehicle. The service was already finished at the appointed time and the vehicle was washed. I am very happy with the very personal advice and can only recommend this company!

I got my new Seat Ibiza last Thursday and am very happy with the car! The checkout process has worked very quickly and easily and I was super advised by the nice Mr. Andreas Wieser! I always got a friendly and competent answer to my questions.

As a woman, you are not taken seriously bought the car in August, after repeated requests the missing spare key still not received, further still 3 deficiencies, these were fixed, but the outward journey was at my expense!

I came on Friday the 09.08.2019 with a rear-end collision to Seat Harb wheat. After we had looked at the damage, I was told that the next appointment for the VISIT would be in a month. So on 09.09.2019. Thus, I would have to wait a whole month only for the inspection and then again for some time on the repair date. The reason was quite dry: Our workshop is currently busy.


It's just unbelievable to drive a customer with rear-end damage over a month like this. Huge MINUS for Seat Harb Weiz !!
