The restaurant staffs from Singapore got worest manner !

A grand historic hotel, it is, we believe, the only place to stay when coming to the bustling capital city. Step into our lush tropical oasis with facilities including magnificent gardens, a restful spa and two swimming pools as well as the intuitive, attentive service one expects from Raffles.

Just like the old one in Singapore except no Telex machines (hipsters; google Telex)

everything...! the heritage building, the staffs, the breakfast buffet, in-room dining service, the restaurant, the ambience. the most i like is the small terrace in front of my room. it's a good place for sitting & reading while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea...

My girlfriend and I stayed here recently and it was the most magical experience he had while traveling. It was nice to come back from an adventure and be greeted with cold cloths to cool our faces and fresh tasty drinks to re-hydrate. You can really tell that everyone who works at this hotel is trying to make it the best experience for all their guests. The local tuk tuk driver "Lucky" knew all the best spots to take us and made us feel safe in the city. I can't wait to go back.

Beautiful environment with great service. Highly recommend everyone to visit the Elephant Bar.

Old but gold. This hotel was built during French Protectorate Period. Good service and comfortable room.

Old hotel. Inside the yard is a tree which is 90 years old. Well done saved.

I used the spa and restaurant.
Since the spa was reserved on the day, it was a male staff, but I was very relieved with the thoughtful response and consideration.
Next time, I would like to stay here and evaluate again.
If it was a cooking level, it was 2, but the price of the spa is reasonable and highly recommended, but you need to bring it as there are no amenities.

The hotel is great but the parking area doesn t match the star. Don t trust the security guys out there when you about to leave, watch your own step is the best. If possible the accident happens by securities guide, it ll cost your own money to pay the damage. The hotel charge you like king resident but accident happened, They make excuse of doing a sign infront of hotel!
So disappointed to experienced with the Hotel.

Disappointing experience.
Raffles used to be a premium respectable hotel with great amenities, service and restaurants.
Can't speak about the amenities but based on my dinner experience at their fine dining restaurant last evening, Christmas Eve, the hotel and the restaurant have seen better days.
Overall, the Christmas menu was greatly lacking in creativity and taste. Wine pairing was totally off. Service was not up to par right from greeting once we entered both the hotel and restaurant .
Do better, Raffles.

If ever a hotel diserve a 5 star rating from me, this is the one. Everything is top notch. Amazing hotel. Never left in two days. Food excellent, rooms flawless, people super friendly, spa fantastic. In one word : recommended!

Very nice hotel, but you can find better in Phnom Penh for the price.

I used to train here as a waiter, when I was visiting Cambodia. The staffs are amazing and the working environment is great. I was not really looking for pay, but they did pay me 1 dollar per day as a trainee. As a guest, I would like to say the food is great and the service is amazing, but I have not stayed here. Overall I am really happy with what Raffles has to offer.

The best hotel in Cambodia to see in the area.
But I was eating in one of the restaurants and it was not at all up to his reputation. I'm taking off a star for the restaurant.

Had a workshop in one of its halls, plus lunch in the buffet. Decent choice and quality.

Sunday brunch is worth flying in from Australia for. The staff are great, and the setting is lovely. The buffet food is good and the a la cart menu is top notch. The range of champagne & wine is perfect for a lazy Sunday brunch.

Impeccable service, beautifully decorated. Top quality finishings in room. Unbelievable selection of breakfast items. Perfection epitomized!

Beautiful bar! The Singapore Slings are exactly the same as every other Raffles....fantastic. Dont miss the champagne glass with Jackie O's lipstick impression preserved in a glass case. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and the food is great.

Five-star hotel offering comfortable stay, spa, good restaurant and amenities.
Big conference rooms are for rental for wedding banquet, meeting and product launch.

Excellent hotel, really helpful staff and the Elephant Bar is just fantastic. A wonderful week.

This is a wonderful place. You get everything you want. I love the ambience and the classic decors both inside and outside. They also have wonderful staff who are very kind and helpful. My favorite is the fine dining restaurant or the Crystal Room.... it's so classic right from the furniture and chairs, down to their curtains and chandeliers.
